Breite Auswahl am Buffet. Viele Sportangebote im Hotel. Strand sieht traumhaft aus. Es hat genug Liegestühle und der Strand ist nicht überlaufen. Personal ist nett.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte eine Auffrischung. Bei Ankunft lagen noch vertrocknete Kontaktlinsen des vorherigen Gastes auf dem Nachttisch. Es gab sehr viele Mücken in unserem Zimmer. Auf Anfrage wurde uns ein Mückennetz aufgestellt. Der Pool macht auch eher einen veralteten / vergilbten Eindruck. Abseits des Ressorts gibt es nicht vieles zu sehen. Ein Shuttle fährt nach Khao Lak - der Ort ist aber auch keine Augenweide. Das Ressort ist sehr abgelegen. Im Meer gab es viele Quallen. Für mich hat das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht gestimmt.

Sehr gute Lage direkt am schönen Strand. Personal war sehr freundlich. Gute Sportmöglichkeiten. Abendprogramm war immer sehr schön. Thailändische Restaurant in der Nähe sind erstklassig.

Zimmer hat moderig gerochen. Uns wurden 3 weitere Zimmer angeboten. Erst das letzte war in Ordnung. SUV Padel wir 400 Bath verlangt.

This resort is 5 star... there is nothing to want, everything is there. Staff are incredible and absolutely do everything to make you feel relaxed and pampered to. Every room is immaculate, the facilities 5 star, entertainment 5 stars, food 5 stars. There is nothing to want at this resort , it has it all.. We spent 10 nights in beachfront villa , and 2 in a standard double room. Of course the beachfront villa with private pool was mindblowingly eye candy and so luxurious,.. The standard double room was just as amazing for different reasons. Doesnt matter where you are in this resort , it is magucal. Of everywhere l have ever stayed in my life Robinson Khao Lak is hands down 100% THE MOST Beautiful, INCREDIBLE resort l have ever, and probably will ever have the pleasure of staying at.. Thank you so very much much Robinson Khao Lak for making our holiday UNFORGETTABLE in every wonderful way, we LOVED OUR TIME WITH YOU.

Older hotel in a quiet location with an amazing beach. Older, adequate room equipment. All functional. Cleaned every day including changing towels. Nice dining room with a large selection of dishes. Nice pools in beautiful gardens. Nice clean beach. There are two restaurants nearby. The ratio of quality and price is nothing to complain about.

Some rooms could use renovation. Communication with some staff was difficult

The Setup of the Ressort is very good, not too long ways. Everything is there in good quality. If you ve not booked full board - no worries there are 3 beach restaurants around. Staff is very friendly. Beach is too. Book it for a few days.

The Ressort is at least 20 years old, still Ok and clean, but you feel it. Beach Towels, Beach Benches are not in best condition. Watch out - End of March it is already very hot, so sea & pool & shower temperature are like outside temperature 🤒 . In comparison to other close Ressorts (Outrigger, Gran M.) I think it is a bit too expensive; it is not a real Robinson Ressort like in other countries.

Loved the easy going pace of the resort. It was full but you never would've known. Your day could be filled with endless activities or you could simply lounge by the beach or choose from one of the many many pools. The location is divine and you feel like you're in a beautiful movie. The staff are beyond friendly and helpful and are happy to help out at all times. Khao Lak is a beautiful safe place for a single woman to travel quite easily. I cannot wait to go back to Khao Lak and especially Robinson. Kudos to the GM Adam and his team. Nothing at all.

Great breakfast, lot of fresh fruits and great smoothies. Fabulous gardens with a very nice "jungle" atmosphere, well maintained buildings, got 2 renovated double "standard" rooms (not fully "new" but very comfortable and great view on the quiet swimming pool surrounded by beautiful tropical trees). We took the half board option after 1 day and it was for us the best choice: in the evening, fantastic qualitative food served by very nice staff. The 7-8pm happy hour was also a great opportunity to enjoy nice cocktails at very reasonable prices with a stunning swimming pool view. Nice archery free course with good teacher! Given some previous bad guests reviews before my arrival, I was scared that I picked up the wrong hotel for my family: lot of unfair bad comments and I did not feel to be treated as a second zone guest even without a full board or a beach bungalow. I'm definitely recommending this hotel.

Maybe a little minor improvement: we got one day a "DJ party during the afternoon" organized at the main swimming pool which was rather annoying as it was so loud in the all hotel areas even at the "quiet" swimming pool. Given the limited success of the event, rather to delete it. But this won't change my overall very positive review of the hotel.

Excellent services, beautiful beach, good food. I recommend for families.

Robinson Kao Lak is a wonderful place for your holidays, great location, very nice quiet beach, the food is excellent so is the staff who are doing their best to satisfy the needs of guests from all over the world great activity program including high quality yoga classes right on the beach on a open air platform after an early evening swim in the ocean I enjoyed the beautiful Sauna area which gives an impression of a bath in the rain forest I hope to be back soon ;) thank you all for a great holiday !

Yet again Robinson delivered In every way. Wonderful retreat,with gorgeous sandy beach, great food, amazing staff , lots of entertainment/ activities…by far best place in Khao Lak and beyond.

Staffs are very nice. This is my first time travelling to Kao Lak and this place made me feel like the real retreatment. The environment is good. It' s very nice to bring your family to stay there.

I went to the wrong season. It's storm and rained all day for the first day I arrived . due to the rain season the room is dank and it's the air-conditioned always stop working at the middle of the night.

Reception area and Thai staff were extremely polite, nice and helpful in all areas! Thai buffet was very good.

Rooms in general (our was 215 but our friends had three pool villas ) - humid, damp and extremely smelly. Bed very damp! Room for two people - only one tea bag in all rooms. Every day they replenished only one tea bag. No toothbrushes - we got them on a last day but every day they have us shower cap even if we didn't use any previously! So in total we had three! Bath was broken. AC controller broken. We ordered a king size bed but got two si gle beds pushed together with not matching bedding. Many public areas in need of decoration. Wines within the package were not good wines but fruity mixtures. Toaster in the main restaurant doesn't work at all. Out bread was put ingrate 7 times and still white.

We found the staff very friendly and helpful. There was always a welcome and a smile. The gardens, beach and pools were immaculate. The breakfast was good but became repetitive after 10 days. The themed dinner nights were enjoyable.

We paid full price for a superior pool villa (my mistake of accidently booking a non-refundable price). I accept my mistake but found the resort and company extremely unhelpful as none of my emails and phone calls were responded to in regards to trying to obtain a refund after my work cancelled my leave due to Covid 19 and staff shortages as a frontline worker (I had to take leave without pay as I wasn't going to lose $5000!). Considering the price we paid, we found the rooms very dated and tired and the house keeping was hit and miss and on more then one occasion we had to request items which hadn't been replaced. The fair from the resort to the main area of Khao Lak was very expensive too.

Overall we had a very good time, the staff was friendly, the food at the buffet was good and varied daily. Our room was big and comfortable and really well cleaned daily. In the bathroom you could see that the property reached a certain age, but that didn´t bothered us at all as it was cleaned nicely.

In the last night we had two time false fire alarm (the bell was just above our door), well that can happen and is out of anyones control, but when we tried to reach out to reception no one picked up our calls. When it rang for the first time we thought of an emergency and left the room, unfortunately we were not able to re-enter as both off our room keys didn´t work anymore. So we went to the reception to look for somone to switch off the alarm and re-activates our room card (the resort is huge and we walked quite a bit at 3 am), but sadly there wasn´t anyone. When one gentleman finally showed up we were lucky that my wife speaks Thai, otherwise I´m not sure he would have understood. The alarm is one thing but thinking of an emergency and you can´t reach out to anyone, that isn´t that great I would say (actually there was mentioned 24hr reception).
