Die Unterkunft befindet sich auch nahe genug, um die Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten der Innenstadt zu erkunden. Nach einem 15-minütigen Spaziergang am Ufer entlang in die Stadt.

Lovely stay. The house was beautiful. It had huge windows overlooking the lake and we got to watch a lightning storm.

Our family of five had a lovely stay here. The house itself was fabulous - so quirky and interesting. The views from the house over the water were absolutely stunning - watching Lord of the Rings (we’re visiting NZ so we felt compelled!) with the mountains in the background was surreal!
Do make sure that you have read the description about the steepness of the drive - my husband managed it but I would not have been able to manage it!

Expedia should be held responsible not to put up such properties for rent and should provide me a full refund. Mould in bathrooms. Dampness on carpets, water mould on carpets. In accessible road to park car for a car. Everything in the house is old and stained. Holes in the wall covered with tape.
I have pictures of how terrible the property is. Except for the view and fireplace rest was horrible. Had to go and buy my own heater for a room. What more can I say. Walls had dampness and smell of mould. It was a hazard. Leak from the roof when it rained in the living room
Expedia is full responsible and should be help responsible. I could not move out as full money was paid.

The house was comfortable for our group, 2 parents, son and his friend. The views from the house are absolutely incredible, and we were blessed with the weather so had spectacular views of the lake and mountains every day.
The house itself is a tiny bit dated, but this did not matter at all as it was fully equipped with everything you need, including a fabulous wood burner which kept the upstairs nice and warm. Each bedroom also had a heater and very comfy bed.
The walk into Queenstown is along the lake and takes about 20-25 minutes, a lovely walk, with amazing views, there are several supermarkets and shopping area a 5 min drive away.
Our host Cherifah was fantastic and so helpful, accommodating my extra requests. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Loved every minute of our stay in this beautiful house with lots of character. There is a path right in front of the house leading into town- the most incredible walk along the river. It had everything we needed and was very warm. Driveway is incredibly steep.

The view was picturesque, great communal spaces, rooms are well set up and bathrooms stocked. Only downfall was the driveway ~ very sketchy to drive in and out of. Would be hard for unconfident drivers. Almost missed it too.
Other than that we couldn’t fault the place. One suggestion ~ if the property is listed as family friendly maybe have a small amount of toys. Again, just a suggestion

Read the property description and it sums it up really well. The property is in a fantastic location and if you are lucky like us and have good weather sitting outside on the terrace is great. Sitting inside is great too. The bbq was out of gas so we did not use it but the kitchen was great. Look closely and it needs some care but look at the view and it is all good.

Just the place we needed for our adult family trip to Queenstown. The home was spacious and comfortable for the 6 of us while being a short distance from town. The house had everything we needed for the weekend and the views and sunsets are simply stunning. Would definitely come back.

The view from the deck is incredible. You could stay there all day just starring into the distance. The houses accommodated the 5 of us perfectly. The parking of the car was a little difficult down the steep driveway but apart from this it was brilliant

The view was absolutely amazing! Like the description says, it is an older house and the driveway is a bit tricky, but because we knew that ahead of time (from the description and an email from the property manager) we knew what we booked and the house worked perfectly for our group.

The property has the best views of the lake and surrounding mountains. There was plenty of room and kept us warm in the colder temperature.
It is an older property that needs some maintenance and a deep clean. The driveway is very tricky to navigate as per the description, but we couldn’t find anywhere else to park.

We had a fantastic stay here. The house itself was excellent. It was well equipped with heating for the cold weather (heaters in every bedroom, heated blankets, heat pump in the living room and a fireplace). The house was in a great location, you could walk into town within 20mins along a path accessible from the house that runs around the river or it is a short drive into town. I hope to come back again!

The location was good and the view is stunning on a good clear day. On arrival to find it was a steep descent to the property, with an elderly mother and 2 young children it was a challenge with large suitcases in tow
A couple of cleanliness issues, cooking appliances and fridge difficult to use, however, managed after a cookie of days.
Bedrooms very spacious and bathrooms nicely equipped with basic necessities.
It was a nice first time Queenstown experience and we’re very grateful for the opportunity.

We enjoyed our time in Queenstown immensely and part of the reason was our lodging. Many people have posted that the view is magnificent and it is. But the lodging itself is quite nice. The outdoor grill is nice. The refrigerator and stove worked fine. The beds were comfortable and the entire area was quiet, convenient and safe. We would definitely recommend 203-B as a VRBO place to stay when in Queenstown.

Older style home and architecture which was great but the house is vey tired( it has said that in reviews so we expected it) but the cleanness was lacking. Something can be old but not dirty!!!!.
The kitchen cupboards dirty and a mess,dishes just thrown anywhere. One fry pan only old and stained. Freezer needed defrosting
The bedrooms all down stairs were damp and musty.
TV difficult to use.
Cobwebs everywhere on windows.Wooden outside table was broken and unsafe. Bikes unusable.
Vacuum cleaner didn’t work only a dirty brush and another one broken. Told owner but just said cleaners would fix, we were there for a week 6 people it would have been nice to has vacuumed.

The cleaners came as we left and we had to wait for our car and they had left in less than an hour

The property is very dirty. There’s is mould growing in the tiles of the bathrooms and the linen on the beds and blankets/doona covers us threadbare. There was no cut kindling for the fire and only a very small blunt axe for us to cut it ourselves. Next door was rented to what seemed like a bunch of drunk backpackers making it unpleasant to be on the balcony (or In the house) and there was uncollected rubbish in the garden. My son found downstairs bedroom so dank he slept on the couch upstairs. No generosity in kitchen fit out and oven thermostat not working ( resulting in burnt food). Dryer erratic. Generally tired and could be so much better with only slight effort.

We had a 6 night stay in Queenstown and enjoyed the time at this property. Everything was comfortable and quite convenient to town. Walks distance if weather permitted. Taxi's were expensive due to how busy Queenstown was at this time of year. Be aware that there are steep steps and driveway which are icy and a little dangerous with heavy luggage (as described in detail in the booking page). The lakefront and mountain views were stunning. I would stay again.

Great accommodation, family friendly good lake access/location tp town. Cheap taxi trio after town or the casino. Good balcony for a hungover BBQ breakfast. Awesome communication with owner. Really made the queenstown experience having been able to land this awesome accommodation.

Great house with fantastic views
We absolutely loved our stay at this house. Fantastic views, nice big open plan space upstairs and three good bedrooms downstairs. It’s an older, quirky property so doesn’t feel hotel style luxury but we much preferred it to that style of place. Good wood burner, heat pump upstairs and in the master bedroom with electric heaters in the other bedrooms so easy to get the whole place cosy. Nice big bath. Driveway is steep but fine with flat bit at the bottom and garage. Only minor grumble would be that better pans and a bit more crockery would be good but there’s enough to get by with. If you like cooking, useful stuff to bring would be a decent frying pan, wooden spoon/spatula, a big chopping board and a good knife. The owner was great to deal with. All in all a fab place and we would definitely stay again.

It has a beautiful view, is clean and convenient. The access is a bit challenging. Great for a family holiday. The building is showing its age in places but this doesn't impact negatively on the accommodation.

Great location, Awesome views and easy 3 min drive to town. Uber only $10. Fireplace was nice to have as it was quite cold weather. Only thing we found a bit annoying was no decent frying pan. They were very old and need replacing. Apart from that was perfect for our stay.

Entre place really well equipped with everything you needed to cook, relax, sleep and keep warm. Really good position on lakeside not far from QT central. Only thing would be to hire four wheel drive for short steep drive into the garage. Would totally recommend.
