terrific location

the location and the neighborhood were superb, several good restaurants around, the Colosseum only 5min away and another 10-15min to most other historic places of Rome, the house was comfortable and well kept. It had everything necessary, linens, etc.

3 floors staircase was not easy going up after a day walking in Rome. Also it had one bathroom which was little small and when you are with 3 kids it is not easy.

Location is very good!!! Beds are very comfortable.

We stayed in mid-February, but in the apartment were very cold. The temperature inside was only 19. It was uncomfortable. Also the shower is very tiny.

Host was really polite and helpful!We forgot one purse and he returned the money by paypal!Nice location, big appartment, comfy beds.

Not much! Exceptional property. Tap in bathroom a little low on pressure. It is on the third floor, so not ideal for those who struggle with stairs.

Apartment is very close to Colosseum and other sightseeing. It’s very clean and has one king size bed and two different beds in separate room. There’s also a big living room. Claudia is owner and a very nice woman. Thank you very much!!! We have to check out at 10 and she allows us to be till 20:00 for free!

Nothing

Very good located. 5 minutes from Coliseum and Roman Forum. Walking distance to most of touristic attractions. Comfortable. Quiet. Reasonable price. The last, but not the least: a take away pasta shop is just next door. All in all, a significant part of the success of our visit to Rome is due to Lucy Dream Home. If we have a possibility, we will be back.

No elevator, but it is to be expected in an old building. The lock in the bathroom is a bit tricky, so you need to get used to it.
