This is a lovely apartment, has plenty of character, but furnished to a very high standard and new. The room we had was very spacious. Cedric explained everything and gave us a map of the beautiful sights in Guimeras. Large secure private car park at rear. This is a great place to stay, close to historical town centre and near coffee shops and places to eat. Unlikely to be able to better this place, excellent value for money.

Location is incredible. Room was clean, confortable and the heating worked really well. Shower were also great. Superb experience. Facilities (kitchen and common area) were useful and complete. Parking is the supreme in this property (it is impossible to find something like that in the city center)

The WiFi would not work in our bedroom, only in the bathroom. For us it was not a problem but it could be for someone else so, it worth to ask for a bedroom with a better WiFi signal.

A beautifully restored house with lovely features. huge room, comfy bed, lovely bed linen, large towels, huge bathroom with powerful shower. safe secure parking. Very friendly helpful owners.

Did not dislike anything but obviously a very new business and a few small touches could be added - bedside lights, hairdryer and a comfy chair to sit in and something to put luggage on. it is amazing value though but these small additions would not cost much and would add even more to this amazing property.

I did not find the surroundings of the location really interesting.

Beautifully renovated old town house. Great sized room and bathroom. Right in the centre. Huge locked empty car park to safely park car. Great little kitchen on top floor (shame just stayed one night and ate out). The owner (husband) was really friendly showing us around on the day we left, telling us their plans to expand and open up as a restaurant. A genuine gentle man.

The owner (wife) was very brief on arrival and keen to go.Did not show us upstairs to the room. The door handles are VERY difficult to open in the bedroom. I couldn't open the main front door. The lady had been keen to leave and hadn't shown me the latch to pull to open it. Was not a good start to the stay.

Great location near the old town. Brand new rooms. Easy to use locked private parking. Elegant staircase. Pastelria on the corner for morning coffee and pastry. Manager spoke fluent French.

Our room still had a few snags after the renovation, mostly in the bathroom, but no big deal. Flat pack wardrobes were a bit incongruous.

Nice spacious and light room with a nice sized bed. There is a kitchen available in the attic and a common livingroom. Everything on walking distance.

Trash was not emptied during our stay, so our tiny trashcan was more than full when we left.

The location was perfect to explore the city.

Acoustical isolation

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Did not need use of the kitchen. Could have used a hair dryer but there was a fan. It was super nice to have private parking! Would stay again!

Clean, modern rooms in a old building built of the typical great stone blocks of that area, with some attention to preserving the period details.

Well-renovated 19th century house. Very big room with comfortable bed. Kitchen with microwave oven. Well positioned. I could leave my bicycle in the hall way, but I think there is a garage too.

Perhaps it would be better with a little more furniture to make it more homely, but that's a minor point.

A beautiful Gem of a house, superbly situated in a romantic city. The staff went out of their way to help me settle in and find my way around. Cleanliness was exceptional. I would definitely go back. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.
