I just spent 9 days here with my husband, son and family friends. The house is spacious and the outside area is amazing. Great pool, tiki area to eat and a deck overlooking the canal. There is a BBQ but it is coal (in my opinion it’s harder to cook on so we didn’t BBQ as much as we wanted) The outside area made the house for us, it really is a great area. Lots of trees around so you have to clean the pool daily (reviews on here about the cleanliness of the outside, you cannot control debris) Good size kitchen with everything you need. Bedrooms are all a great size. Bathroom set up is odd but worked out fine for us, if you are a group of friends it might be a little difficult. One bedroom doesn’t have any bathroom and another one only had a half bath. The upstairs and the bedroom next to the front door have full bathrooms. There is no common bathroom. Location was great, a short drive to everything. We were there during all the rain which sucked. With the amount of rain there was a leak in the house. It was pretty bad and looked like it had been leaking for a while. (My friend slipped on the water and smashed into the wall, that’s how we realized) I notified the owner and they said they would get a roofing contractor around but didn’t hear anything else. Hopefully they take care of it. The craftsmanship in the house is not great, floors are poorly installed etc, so if you are picky about that this place is not for you. We were happy with the cleanliness of the place so didn’t let that stuff bother us. Overall we really had a great time and would definitely recommend this house for families, and friends that don’t care about sneaking in to another room in the middle of the night to pee! :) We would stay here again if they upgraded the BBQ :)

We had a great time. Was on a family vacation and we enjoyed the pool, the deck and how close we were to the ocean. Honestly, it was everything we were hoping it would be. Thanks Olivier.

Great overall experience with the property and host, who accommodated our last minute booking for a family get together. We fished, swam and enjoyed the outside area, spent majority of our time there. Kitchen area was spacious and great for family dinners, had everything we needed. Keurig was not working but there was another coffeemaker available. There should be a couple of blankets in case they are needed for guests, and upstairs TV had only one channel. Also suggest a bench or chair in each bedroom and full length mirrors, hooks in bathroom and a lock on bathroom door.

The property is nice spacious and clean. The backyard pool and canal make for a very pleasant setting. Small things like extra garbage bags dull knives a broken door handle and broken kuereg are easily fixable with a bit of attention.

Overall impression was satisfactory. Inside, the house was in very poor, falling apart everywhere we looked. Flooring separated at joints throughout, multiple handles falling off when you grab them, broken tiles everywhere, etc. Very poorly maintained. Clean for the most part, minus the stained sheets that instantly give you a gross feeling. The backyard was the main attraction and it did not disappoint. The pool and river front amenities were enjoyed by our family the entire trip. If it was maintained better, I would consider returning.

The outside living space is great. Felt private from neighbors and the canal was a great view. The pool was nice. Some floaties on the property. The inside is fine, but not cozy and the property was not very clean. (Floors, kitchen, appliances). the electricity went out. We called and text the night it happened at 2am. Heard nothing from the property owner. Called the next day at 10am it was resolved by the owners business partner who was responsive and called electrician that came at 2pm Food spoiled and our inconvenience was not compensated. The main floor bathrooms are both inside the bedrooms. Awkward when that is someones bedroom throughout the day and not convient at all at night.

No public restrooms for the person in the 4th bedroom. All restrooms are inside of rooms, that is the only reason I left. Other wise it was incredible.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We were very comfortable in the home. The check-in process was simple and we were allowed a late check-out. The only negative was there would be hours before I would get a response when communicating with the property manager and I didn’t receive a response when reporting the broken Keurig.

Everything went smooth

We had a lovely stay for 8 days. The pool, dock area by canal and living spaces were very enjoyable. We did a little tidying up to settle in, but overall the house was clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay again ❤️🦎🌴

Debris floated on the pool’s surface and a brown mass of dirt covered part of the floor. We couldn’t risk a swim which was why we chose the house-we wanted a pool. We ended up checking out asap and headed to a hotel in Delray Beach. Host was unresponsive and refused refund. VRBO said we’re on our own. Total disappointment and a waste of money. We saw two mice, a sliding door which didn’t lock, ants in the kitchen, pubic hair in the bathroom. We reluctantly slept there one night while waiting for a response and then couldn’t wait anymore and headed to Opal Sands for the rest of vacation. We paid an arm and a leg and it was totally wasted. I still haven’t heard back from him regarding a refund and the responses were all written as though it’s a program which translates to English. The number you call no one answers and the website isn’t in English if you Google the number. It’s all very bizarre and made me never trust using this again.

Overall this property totally met our needs. The four bedrooms were massive. The house gave the 8 of us plenty of space. There is no common area bathroom so that meant the ladies staying in the one bedroom without a bathroom had to disrupt the sleep of our friends in the middle of the night which was a little weird. The house was very clean, however the outside could use some love. The trees and shrubs could use some love, the dock needs staining and the pool had a lot of debris in it (there was a recent storm). We were able to clean out the pool and it was perfect temperature. All in all it was an excellent place to stay, 20 minutes to everything we wanted to do. Suggestions would be more pillows and towels Many of us actually grabbed pillows and towels at Walmart. Some newer, more sturdy beach chairs and perhaps a cooler would be helpful for future guests.

Host was fine but unit did have certain things that I believe they should like more was cloths, Gand towels, waste baskets in the bathrooms, paper towels, and toilet paper. Also, it is two full and one half bath setup so one bedroom has no bathroom. There is no bathroom off the hallways , which is a major problem. Host did call a plumber on Saturday when the toilets were clogged but it happened again Sunday and when I reported it this morning the host gave me a hard time.

We were 4 families in 4 separate bedrooms. The house is spacious, but the only challenge is there isn't a communal bathroom in common space. One family had to use the others in the middle of the night. Small ants in kitchen but not an infestation. Overall the property worked well for our family.

We loved the home and location. My husband, daughter and son-in-law stayed with us. The home was perfect for us. Very large bedrooms and 3 baths was a plus. We loved the pool area as well. Would recommend and come back again.

Our experience was outstanding. Everything was as advertised. Extremely spacious and loved the heated pool. Check-in and out was very simple and easy. Looking forward to our next visit to the area and hope the property is available.

My family and I were so pleased with our property choice in this beautiful home! There were 4 of us, each with our own bedroom! My 3 adult children and I spent 5 days and 4 wonderful nights and most of it was in the pool! Temperature was perfect! Morning coffees on the dock on the water! Relaxing, Spacious, clean and exactly as presented only better when you get there! Great communication with host Olivier! This Pompano house is so close to great places to visit. We were impressed! Very nice house with lots of space, responsive host. Very clean and new which was crucial for us because we were traveling with a 1year old. Quiet neighbourhood, close to everything. My family and I really enjoyed the time we spent at pompano beach house.

The house is located next to a lake which added to its charm. Very roomy. The owners went above and beyond to make sure Thanksgiving Day was a memorable experience for my family. They remained in constant communication and came to clean the pool on request. Jimmy and Olivier, thank you for everything!

Really fun experience!

Overall a pretty clean place. It was missing a couple things it said in the listing, but nothing we couldn’t get for a few $$$. Bathroom layout throughout the house was different but not a game changer. Overall a nice clean place to stay.

While the overall experience was a 5/5 I only have two suggestions. One, label the light switches. There are far too many to figure out what goes to what and we were never able to get to 4 can lights in the kitchen to turn on. Also, with such a beautiful spacious back yard, I would have liked to have lights outside. Lamp post was not functioning and there were no ground lights which made it far too dark to be outside after sun down. A little backyard cleanup would make this property stand out even more. Too many dead leaves, weeds and over grown beds. A light spring clean up and a few lights would go a long way. None of these suggestions got in the way of our vacation and the space this property provides far outweighed any negatives. On the inside, perhaps a coat of paint might be a good idea. Felt a bit unfinished. All and all I loved it and would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at your home, The house was clean , airy and free of clutter! The pool was gated, nice and warm for us to enjoy immediately. The crib in the home was an extra bonus. We definitely recommend this home .
