Overall it was a wonderful stay, the house was beautiful and the location was perfect. The homeowner was very attentive to us and texted us throughout the stay. The cameras facing the hot tub did make the children a little uncomfortable at times but it is totally understandable why they are there.

This house was the perfect location! Literally can see the beach from the front steps. Right next to the main boardwalk/pier with all the rides. What I appreciated the most was that unlike homes I’ve rented before, this house was well stocked with everything - enough dishes, pots/pans, mugs, utensils, coffee/tea machines, garbage bags, soap, dish washing supplies even some aluminum foil/parchment paper, some basic dry spices like salt/pepper, extra blankets/pillows. We literally did not need a single thing the whole weekend I didn’t even need to contact the property manager once. We did bring our own food and extra bounty towels/toilet paper which was needed. We really enjoyed the house - it was clean and the perfect location - and would come back again. Parking was a little confusing but once we figured it out it was okay.

The home itself was perfect - immaculate, great layout and responsive host. The host is very attentive. Anything you needed the host was there to help you with. The location is great if you’re looking to be in the heart of Seaside Heights NJ.

This property was beautiful and literally 1 block away from the Boardwalk. We experienced Seaside Heights in luxury with a clean spacious unit with 4 bedrooms and a hit tub on the roof. This place was well-maintained and Simon was hyper-responsive via text! I fully recommend this property.

Stayed here with friends and family. Location was ideal - steps to the Beach! Nice property - spacious ! Comfortable beds! Anything you need as far as cooking and cleaning supplies were available . Owner was readily available for any questions !

This house was very spacious and super close to the beach.

The host was great at communicating throughout our stay. The house was very large and could accommodate adults and kids comfortably. The beds were all very comfortable - which is a must for me! The patios were great, the shower at the front door was a bonus, the hot tub was a nice treat! The only thing I would mention is to bring your own hand towels for the bathrooms. We would definitely come back!

Excellent proximity to Board Walk and Beach Plenty of space. Garage was indispensable. Host was very helpful and accommodating.

The location is convenient since it's mid-boardwalk and easy to get on and off of the beach. Simon was very responsive, we arrived very late and he answered the phone promptly to give us the unit number. Check-in and check-out were easy. They have multiple types of coffee makers and Simon even has a Nespresso which made me super happy. Simon ordered an iron for us while we were there which was very nice. The views were amazing and it was very comfortable, the hot tub was a huge plus. The only cons were the steps to get up to the bedrooms. Otherwise, Simon was a great host, thanks for sharing your home with us!

Centrally located to all the fun family activities and just a block off the beach. Townhome is well kept and the rooftop deck is great for hanging out and entertaining.

Property was beautiful and exactly as advertised. Simon reached out several times to see if we needed anything or had any questions. Seaside Heights has a beautiful beach and fun boardwalk experience for the kids! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

What can I say? This place was FABULOUS!! We had 12 adults in this beautiful condo with so much room! You wouldn’t know we were all there at the same time as there is so much space! Stairs… lots of them😁, but we considered it a challenge and laughed about it! The hot tub and views are AMAZING! The location was perfect, a straight shot from the door to the boardwalk, so easy to go back and forth as often as needed! The house had everything we needed, pots, pans, dishes, 2 coffee makers, beach passes! Simon was awesome, if I did have any questions, he responded IMMEDIATELY! The street is nice and quiet for the most part, if windows and doors are closed you’ll hear nothing from the street. Thank you Simon for a wonderful stay for this large family visiting from Arizona!

This was an excellent house in a perfect location.

This rental property exceeded our expectations in all areas. There was enough room for 8 adults and 5 children to sleep, eat, and relax. It was less than a two minute walk to a beautiful beach and boardwalk. The rental space was exactly as advertised. We were 4 families, each had their own bedroom with room to spare. The view from the rooftop deck was fantastic. The hot tub was the perfect place to relax after a day sightseeing. There are a lot of stairs, but the different floors provided a bit of privacy. The only down side to the vacation was the strict rules the city of Seaside Heights put on the beach. Most notably was the ban on alcohol. Over all we had a great time and would recommend this rental to everyone.

Group of friends and teammates that were sick of being virtual. This property was a perfect location for a few days at the beach and just spending time un the house together catching up! House is awesome! Only thing I’ll say is new coffee pot is needed as the one there leaked pretty badly.

Simon was extremely attentive with my group. We had a couple of changes with the booking due to work-related stuff but Simon was very accommodating and made it so easy to work through. The house is gorgeous and the rooftop deck has an amazing view of the ocean! Definitely want to come back!

This house was even more stunning in person! It was incredibly spacious, nice, and clean. The hot tub on the rooftop was such a nice perk, and you can see both the ocean and the bay from the rooftop. You are right across the street from the Boardwalk, beach, and a really fun bar called “Spicy’s”. Simon was also a great host and very responsive.

I stayed at this condo with my extended family (12 in all). The location to the beach/boardwalk was excellent. The shower by the door was very helpful getting all the sand off before entering the house. The people using the bedroom on the second floor could hear everything going on on the first level. Simon was very responsive before and during our stay. The hot tub was awesome. We were able to hear the live music on the beach from the balcony. There are two bars on the boardwalk at Sumner that close at 2am. The crowds walking passed were very loud so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs for the weekends. We parked our extra cars on the other side of Central Ave in non-metered parking spots for free for the week without moving them.

We stayed at this rental for New Years Eve and a few days after and we had a amazing time. The condo is in a prime location near the boardwalk and close to stores, bars, restaurants, ACME grocery etc. On New Years Eve, Seaside Heights had fireworks which were perfect to watch from the roof of the condo. The condo was spacious and clean. There is a garage which fits two cars which is a great bonus. Otherwise there is a parking lot across the street which allowed for prepaid $5 parking all day and night. Seaside Heights was a bit more active on New Years Eve, but dies down a lot in winter days which was fine for our group given that we were simply looking for a place to get together. All amenities were working and clean. We were very happy with our stay at this location and would be interested in considering this rental during warmer months when Seaside Heights is more active as well. The only negative that can be mentioned was that the King Size bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. We had a really hard time sleeping on that bed. There are also a lot of stairs which did not bother us, but may be a concern for other renters. Simon was very attentive and responded very quick to any inquiries. We were able to keep in contact with him during our stay if we had any questions or concerns. The WiFi connected seamlessly and we were able to connect our computer to the TV with our HDMI cable to stream TV given that cable was cancelled over the winter days. We realize going down the shore for NYE is not very common and understood that many amenities and attractions would be closed, but we had a great time and would definitely consider Seaside Heights as an option again. Not to mention you are only an hour away from Atlantic City if you are looking for something to do in the winter months!

Just stayed at Simon Chow's property #4011273 for a weekend in September 2015. The place was beautiful and well-maintained. Several bedrooms, so it easily accommodated the 7 people in our party. Excellent location! We could see the boardwalk and shoreline from the balconies. The hot tub on the roof was great for the cooler evenings! Simon Chow was very responsive to any questions before and during our stay. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend for others! One aspect to consider: There are several flights of stairs. Garage is on the ground floor, living room & kitchen next floor up, then the bedrooms are on the next 2 floors after that, with the roof then being the very top. Didn't bother anyone in my group but certainly something to consider for others! Overall, a fantastic stay! (pictures in the listing are accurate)
