We had a lovely week in this apartment. Pool was quiet and peaceful, very clean. Apartment had everything we needed down to beach towels, umbrella and hats supplied to use. We had a great sleep every night, once the doors and windows are closed we didn’t hear a thing. Five min walk if that to the front where you’ll find lovely beaches and an abundance of amazing restaurants and other things to do. Vinka was on had to help with any queries we had and we were lucky enough to be able to stay on in the apartment till we left for the airport. All in all a great week away and the perfect place to stay. We will 100% be back.

Well maintained, cosy apartment with views of the pool. Nice location and very central to the main Avenida, close to some fantastic restaurants and nightlife.

Lovely place 2nd time at this apartment very clean and tidy. Moor sun loungers around the pool as quite a few were broken this time. Overall lovely clean complex, short walk to the front for bars and restaurants

Everything you need for a self catering holiday, close to all amenities and beach, would book again.

Loved staying here, we didn't need for anything, the Spar shop was next to the complex, we where a stones throw away from all the amenities and beaches & bars, the apartment was very welcoming and clean, we would definitely book again without hesitation

2nd time we stayed here and everything clean and comfortable, very well maintained and well equipped. Location could6be better Unfortunately only stayed 5 weeks into our planned 8 week stay as my husband was taken ill, but loved our time there. Highly recommend.

I took a solo trip away to Lanzarote, and this was the perfect apartment for me. The apartment was clean, the location was ideal to explore Puerto Del Carmen and surrounding areas, and the view from the balcony was a lovely way to spend an evening. The pool area was lovely, there was never an issue with finding a sunbed, and the pool was kept clean by the caretaker of the grounds Marc kept me up to date from booking to physically checking in, and could not fault his communication I would 100% recommend this place to anyone whos looking for a holiday in Lanzarote.

Super apartment in a great location right next to a Spar so handy for shopping. Fast communication from the owners in response to booking & any questions. Lovely pool & no problems getting sunbeds. Apartment very comfortable including the beds & lots of supplies provided (washing-up liquid, toilet rolls, coffee, salt, pepper etc). Could do with a bit more storage in kitchen area but not a huge problem if, like us, you mostly eat out on holiday. TV with all UK channels if you want to watch, one remote could do with replacing as buttons a bit dodgy but do work eventually so again not really a great problem. Balcony is a real suntrap but there is a big umbrella should you want shade. If possible it would be great if pads for the sunbeds could be provided as they are a little hard & uncomfortable after a while. Any negatives mentioned are minor, we had a great week and will be more than happy to stay here again if available. Thanks Marc & Inez x

Great apartment ideal for all amenities in carmen only gripe could do with bigger fans rooms hot at night but apart from that had a great stay would book again if I came back to carmen

Happy with apartment well laid out with all mod cons easy access to shops restaurants and all main bus routes so good connectivity to all th island , a good 4/5

From the beginning Marc was extremely helpful and communicated really well. We were welcomed by Vinka who explained everything clearly in a friendly and efficient manner and was there when we needed her. We thought the property was under described on VRBO website as no safe is mentioned and there is one, which would have been helpful to know before we left home and it described towels as available which gave us the impression you may have to request them. In fact the apartment was extremely well equipped - the best we have ever stayed in. We are returning in January for 8 weeks and really looking forward to it. We highly recommend this property.

Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. WLAN funktionierte sehr gut. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

Lovely little apartment in the heart of PDC, all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay within walking distance of everything you need. Also had a great shower.

We had a lovely week here. It is in a perfect location, close to the sea, restaurants and amenities but very quiet. The apartment has everything you need and more, clean and very well presented. We'll definitely consider again when we return to Lanzarote

Good location for bars, restaurants and only 3 - 4 minutes to sea front and local bus stop. Communication with the owners was very good and always replied quick to any correspondence. The beds were comfy and balcony that gets the sun most of the day. Hope to return in the near future
