Bed was very low.
Spa bath looked more spacious on website than in person.

Peacefull and quiet with STAFF being pleasent and helpful
breakfast and dinner a bit dated with portions on the small side. Quality was quite basic for 3 Stars.The salad with steak was a few rocket leaves with no dressing. Had to request anouther egg for breakfast when only served one. Satilite TV needs to be upgraded to modern times, it is so in the dark ages of no streaming. Booked a double room but given a room with a double bed and single bed that made the room very cramped.

Lovely setting, beautiful grounds and not far from centre. Receptionist was lovely and some nice touches in hotel.
Tiny bed in room 7. Theres space for a normal size double, would be better to put that in. Bathroom was pretty old and shower wasnt nice atall. Breakfast service was a bit haphazard.

Beautiful setting and buildings. Room was amazing
Some of the staff members were not very welcoming. The lady on reception for checking was great and the lady at breakfast was lovely. When we went to the bar they were not very happy.

The hotel was well located near Canterbury, with ample free parking. The on-site restaurant was reasonably priced, and the food was good. Breakfast was fantastic.
The bathroom, while functional, was dated and cramped.

The setting was lovely. It was very much aimed at being a wedding venue
The staff were very in experience. Young who needed guidance. It would have helped to have had a more experienced member of staff to help out.
There were 11 in our party. We had meal which was nice. After the meal we were told that we could not get another drink as the bar was closed. It was 10.3p on a Saturday night. There was a birthday function in full swing so this was a little annoying. No manager to help us out.
Few small other things that could easily have been fixed.

Lovely location, friendly staff, very clean and nice food
Only snags were nobody to carry suitcases upstairs to rooms, a rather limited evening menu, some specials would have been nice and an over the bath shower rather than a walk in one as we both suffer a bit with mobility.

very pretty, nice and clean, close enough to town without all the traffic, food and dining room were very pleasant as was the member of staff attending.
room was too hot, receptionist in the evening we arrived was rather indifferent, not the easiest to manoeuvre round when you have cases and a child as some doors open the wrong way at the top of stairs
