The dino park was great for my granddaughter. She loved it. Room and food was great 😃

nice decor, very friendly and helpful staff. Dinner was delicious. Bedroom was lovely and great to to have a separate shower and bath in the bathroom.

breakfast was a little bit disappointing, the pancakes weren’t freshly made and although we could order toast, there was no toaster available for the homemade brown bread. The jets in the hot tub were not all working.

great size room

The way they take card for a holding which took money from my account then on checkout paid bill so I have actually paid twice and although I hopefully should be refunded this can take up to a month with my card and since I was paying for 3 rooms it is over 1300 euro never had this type of payment issue and member of staff was really quite patronising

reception area was nice

the room had a very bad smell pillows were really uncomfortable like sleeping on a rock breakfast disappointing

Fillet steak at 38.00 euros asked for medium to well I got well done bone dry not even juice coming from it served without a steak knives and the chips weren't triple cooked they are just a ordinary frozen chip overall not acceptable

The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are a decent size and bedrooms are clean. Food is good.

pool and changing areas are absolutely filthy. never ever seen such dirty floors in a pool or changing area. the pool itself is filthy. Don’t know how any manager thinks that it’s acceptable to allow people to use the facilities in those conditions.

Staff were lovely. Hotel was spotless. Good live music in the evenings, Excellent place for families with lots to do. 15 minute walk into the city or a bus outside. There is both an adults swimming pool and child pool. Food is lovely, and there is even cookies and milk for the kids in the evenings in the lounge.

The facilities were fabulous! Breakfast was delicious. The kids loved the outdoor spaces, especially the dinosaurs. Beds were very comfortable.

rooms were a bit dated with peeling wall paper and stains. room description said there would be a bath but there was only a shower. service in the restaurant was lacking both nights we ate there food order was either wrong or missing items however food was delicious and problems rectified quickly.
