Bar food terrible, reheated potatoes and chips frozen vegetables disgusting. I sent it back.

Hotel is placed in nice area, across the street you have a lovely beach, nice views. Nice leisure center with swimming pool, hot tub, sauna. Breakfast was ok.

Facility needs refurbishment, furniture like from 80s, old and worn out. Floor on the room creaking, and uneven, also there was a noisy fan running all the time - quite annoying at night. Cleaning could be better as some places in the room or toilet have not been cleaned for a long time - you could tell by the dust amount built. Family room is big but it's a large open area - separate two sleep areas within the room would be much better and more convenient. Kettle in the room but not plugged and no place to plug it - had to disconnect the fridge for few minutes and placed kettle on the floor - not convenient at all, neither safe. No AC in the room. Very basic toiletries. Food in the bar was ok but nothing above average, also quite slow service, no water provided at all for the table.

Very frenedly atmosphere in the hotel. Staff were very polite and very helpful. Everything we needed was catered for. Being so near Mulranny beach was a bonus for that early morning sea swim if that is your thing! Breakfast was lovely and the retro charm of the hotel and the views just added to the experience. Had a lovely seaweed bath; with bubbles as a Valentines Day treat for my hubby; followed by a hot stone massage. It was great... so relaxing. Felt great after the weekend of fresh air and relaxation.

The window in the room could have been bigger so we could have more of that amazing sea view! It was not the same as the room advertised on the picture when I selected the room when booking; so that was a disappointment.

High price for 1 night. We got room 120 with a horrible bathroom with a horrible sink, not properly cleaned, black hair in the sink and on the site of the bath, black spots on silicone around bath. Spider's web above the curtains. Jacuzzi out of order In my opinion food overpriced wit a very slow service Breakfast just ok, hot food not covered. Gentelman in the queue was coughing straight into it.

No lights in carpark. Stairs to entrance in total darkness. (dangerous) Lift to rooms needed a deep clean. Wifi non existent in room

The location is unmatched. Quiet, quaint area nestled on the coast. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

The beds were so uncomfortable. Maybe it is a European thing but absolutely horrible. Pillows like pancakes.

the hotel is not very clean. there is a need for new carpets, cleaning of windows. als also the wall paper was coming off our wall. the bathroom was not clean.

Poor, small room. Smelly carpet. No access to window opening/closing. No restaurant Sunday. Only over extended Bar food facility. Room rate excessive for facility provided.

The staff at the hotel were so helpful & friendly made us feel very welcome. The children loved the animal hunt around the hotel.

We stayed in an apartment, which I had booked as a 3bed. The third bed was a sofa bed in the living room, which we couldn’t reassemble making living space for a family of 5 extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom was also very small. Previous guests clothes were found in a bedroom drawer. Compared to the main hotel the apartments require a lot of updating.

Great location & view. So close to the hotel & easy access. Big room, plenty space & use of kitchen.
