Great little spot away from the noise, perfect for a family. Bella Vista sits in an excellent location for day trips as it’s super close to the ferry (car & passenger) and the bus stop into town is only a 4 min walk away. There’s free parking onsite and we were handed complimentary public transport tickets for the duration of our stay which was fantastic. We took the ferry across to Meersburg to explore surrounding wineries simply via bus. All staff have been extremely helpful and welcoming even after hours. We included breakfast and it was plentiful and some of the best coffee we have had around.

It’s a lovely and spotless cosy hotel, perhaps an iron & board would come in handy and a mini fridge in the rooms/apt would work a tremendous treat (we had toasty 30+ degree summer days/nights).

The hotel was in a perfect location for us and the staff were very pleasant, helpful anefficient.

Our room was extreemly small and the bathroom was even smaller, it was the smallest bathroom that we have ever had. The room was like a sauna, very hot and no air. When we opened the door to go out, the corridoor was cooler than the room. We had the windows open as far as they would go and the fan on high but we couldn't sleep due to the heat.

Breakfast was rather simple.

Great family toom with sturdy bunkbed for the kids. Room was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Lots of fresh tasty options for breakfast (continental only). Great location 5 minutes from Mainau Island.

We really liked this hotel. We could not have had a better welcome, the guy on reception was chatty and friendly and very helpful. Finding the hotel was super easy. The parking was great and hotel is a few minutes walk to the lake. We were given a free bus ticket to go into town and back, with really easy instructions to follow. Our room was lovely and clean, large and comfortable, with amazing views over the lake. Breakfast was great, lots of choice, as much as you liked, and friendly staff. We will definitely return.

Nothing to dislike, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Breakfast was adequate, might be a few more choice but at the end it was good. Stuff were very friendly and helpfull. There were ~8 parking space and it was convinent. They arranged already a city day ticket and it was really nice to travel with bus to old city. Public transport possibilities are perfect.

Bed could be more comfortable. There can be extra pillow and another towel for hair. Nice to have a water heater or some glasses on the room
