Very clean and modern inside, great beds, great service and polite staff, quiet, nice view and location. Excellent value for money!

The kitchen is useful, with a small oven. The location is nice, very near to Bodensee. There's a bus stop in front of the hotel and can go downtown easily. Parking in the hotel is free if no reservation is made.

There's a coffee dripping machine in the kitchen but no filter is provided. There's no elevator in the apartment building.

was in the Forest with a great view towards the lake of Konstanz and a 3/5 minutes walk to the Thermal Bads and to the lake. The amazing concept of helping light handicapped people and giving to them self confidence and purpose by hiring them as staff. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!

Perfect location close to lake and Bodensee Therme. Good breakfast selection in spacious dining room. Nice garden space for a drink outside during the summer season.

Reception staff friendly but not very attentive. On one day they couldn't answer questions regarding the EV parking slots that were blocked by fossil fuel vehicles.

Old world/new world... We were in old world part. We had stayed in 5 hotels driving from uk... This was most relaxing and it felt like being on holiday. A nostalgic mix of child & adult friendly. Excellent 2 nights sleep. Bath and shower and spacious . 11 mins to bahnhof with bus outside the door.. we reserved a parking space (book in good time)... Your name goes on a sign:). Enjoyable and quiet ambience with inside/outside catering.... A more upbeat area with music, quieter around corner.. with little area of calm with old rustic furniture that had a magical calm. Odd little animal figurines/sculptures all around that i know would have entertained our children in the past. Receptionist was very warm and friendly.

Beautiful modern hotel with stylish rooms. Very clean and the area is extremely green. Walking distance to the free Strandbad (And the fancy expensive one too). The best bed and pillow of my entire trip - slept very well.

People were smoking and chatting outside my room in the evening. Not the fault of the hotel, but not so nice. The room was a little expensive, and there was an extra charge for breakfast which was not obvious from the booking.com listing.

The sofa bed for kids was prepared & ready with duvets on our arrival

Cot bed is charged extra 10€ per day (all other hotels provide for free) The hotel is outside the city but luckily there is a good bus link 👍

Great Lake view from modern designed room

Great location very close to Therme Konstanz. Just 40 minutes walk along the lake from the old city or 15 minutes with the bus (bus ticket included in the city tax). Great breakfast with variety of bread, cheese, cold cuts, egg, bacon... Modern bathrooms with great shower. They also have many bicycle standers, so no worries about where to leave your bike overnight!

The bed mattress was in my opinion too soft. The coffee machine in the breakfast room was the low point... everyday it had some issue and instead of working with real milk and coffee beans, it worked with powder!! Worse coffee in a long time!!

Great location, we had a big balcony with a lake view and sunbeds, food at the restaurant was delicious and all the staff speaks english. Really authentic
