The hotel was beautiful. The staff were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms were fantastic with great views from the balcony.

Great breakfast and incredible view. Great location close to restaurants, but away from the traffic of Zakynthos. Super friendly staff.
Shower is a bit small for the size of the bathroom.

Everything was perfect!
Our flight was delayed a lot, we were 4 hours late. When we arrived (11:00 pm) we were served an excellent dinner at the restaurant (after closing).
The service was impeccable, extremely attentive and solicitous!
New, clean and comfortable room.

I stayed in the full sea view room. Breathtaking panoramic view on the Tsilivi beach and on the sea. Amazing sunset from the balcony of the room. The hotel has a beautiful garden and restaurant with terrace. The hotel is at 5 mins walk from the beach and 10 mins walk from the restaurants and bars. The walk is a bit challenging because of the road and sometimes crazy drivers, maybe the safety of the road could be further improved in the area. The room and the bathroom were very clean and spacious, the balcony was just amazing, the wifi was fair quality, the breakfast was tasty and diverse. All the staff is super helpful and good vibe. Loved it and totally recommend it and I would definitely stay there again if I were to return on the island.

Beautiful hotel - fantastic restaurant with a gorgeous view. Spacious room with a view and very quiet.
to get to the beach you had to walk or drive. Walking was only 10 mins., but is hazardous on the skinny road. They have shuttles parked in the hotel parking lot but no one seemed to know how to get a ride down to the beach. We would’ve preferred to pay vs. walk.

No pool or loungers, had to leave hotel everyday to relax. The hotel is situated at the top of a hill, so you need to be ok with walking to town and beaches

Balcony hotel is much more beautiful than in the pictures, it has a dreamy view, the staff is there to help you with everything you need. I recommend this hotel, I would choose him again anytime.

Room view is next level. Quite room. A/C works great. Breakfast are good, maybe some variety would be great, but still everyone can find what to eat. The staff of the hotel are very helpful. We arrived to the hotel early morning, we were suggested to take a sit in the terrace and have a coffee, however our rooms were prepared earlier than check-in time. Hotel staff gave us beach towels, printed boarding cards for us when we were leaving and prepared food a little earlier so we could have breakfast before leaving to the airport. The rooms and all hotel facilities are very clean.
