The host was flexible with our arrival time and met us promptly at the property. The property is clean, comfortable, and convenient. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful bonus. The hosts are organized and provide wonderful information for the property and for Norwich.

Fabulous flat with everything you need to self cater or just chill out. Good central location making exploring Norwich easy. Bonus was secure parking under the flat

Close proximity to Pizza Express meant there was an inevitable smell of pizza in the hallway (not in the flat) from the kitchen

Stayed at city heights in Norwich, the property was large & very warm with central heating, their was a wood burning stove which I didn't need to use, the bed was very comfortable as has a memory foam mattress, the whole apartment felt very homely, their is a garden top roof which has excellent views over looking the city, the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, we both really enjoyed are stay at the apartment, thank you Ginger & Gold, we will be looking to return to one of your other properties over the Christmas period.

Amazing hosts! Very communicative. Great location in Central Norwich close to many great cafes and restaurants. Clean and tidy flat and really nicely designed. Nice and cosy by the fireplace when it got a bit cold in the evenings and amazing views on the rooftop terrace.

Location, style, facilities, roof terrace. Excellent customer service from the management team.

Although strictly not part of the rental property, the external stairs and lift area are a little tired and aren’t the same high standard as the flat itself.

Good big Bathroom, tasteful ambience. Very well equipped in all respects.

Couldn’t have asked for any more - we felt extremely comfortable and at home during our 3 night stay. Apartment is very clean, trendy and equipped with everything you could need. Weather wasn’t great during our stay but location of apartment meant we could walk to shops/restaurants easily and enjoy the local bowling alley. Thoroughly enjoyed spending evenings in with all the fairy lights. Can’t wait to return!
