I booked this hotel because my children wanted to swim in a pool the last day of our holiday trip. When we checked in they told us the pool was ”closed” (with water in it though) because it was october. Since it was 25 degrees and sunny I asked if we could use the pool anyway. Then the receptionist said we had to ask the manager and he would arrive at 4. (We only stayed one night). We also had to buy ”swimming hats” for 3 euro each, we were 5 people so 15 euro for one swim. There was no information about this when I booked the hotel. Worse: We checked out early in the morning to catch our flight. I left the key and asked if there was anything left for me to pay. The receptionist answered ”no, its paid trough booking” so we left. Later the hotel called me and accused me of leaving the hotel without paying. They lied about what they had said at the checkout and it just felt horrible. So disappointed.

the staff were amazing specially Romeo he was amazing he helped us even with the shittle . he directed us how to use it where to go and where to stay . all the recipients people were wonderful and very helpful . flexible with every thing acually they made our stay easy for virst time visited in the Tivoli . but the location acually was pretty far u will need taxi or shuttle to go to Tivoli attraction .

we booked for 2 nights, but we barely handled 1 night in this place so we left the next day. far from center, no taxi in the area for who have no car, no restaurant or markets around. room was old and unclean and smelly, there was ants and mosquitoes to enter the pool you have to RENT a pool towels (no mention for additional charge in the description)and HAIR CAP which i found very weird.

We arrived way too late for check in but the staff was super helpful and we got in even after the deadline. Everything was clean, nice. The breakfast was amazing and very tasty, would probe better if there were bigger glasses for drinks but wasn’t anything bad. The staff in general was really helpful, rooms are nice, bright and clean. Also the view was very nice.

To get into pool you have to wear swimming caps which seemed funny to us and we didn’t get in. The only thing we really didn’t like was the location, because outside the hotel everyone knew we were tourists and stared a lot. I would use this hotel again but only if we were with car. Would say it’s a sketchy place around.

Air conditioning was bearly working, receptionist explained it was because it was so hot everyone had it on. Evening Buffet food was very poor quality and not worth the money.

I am not using restaurant, breakfast and bar. Swimming pool is great and open properly times. Good location before you want to go to Villa D'Este.

Miniature and old fridge. Not a lot room for drinks and snacks during warm weather. Air conditioner are not operated manually for comfortable.

Standart economy hotel on the way, but the pool was great!
