Piazza Accommodation is on first floor of an old building . It is very convenient. Walter who was on the desk on our first day was most helpful.He gave us some restaurant recommendations and we went to two of them . Both were excellent. He also managed to get us into our room early which was marvellous after a long walk from our bus stop. Leonardo on the desk the morning we left organised a taxi for us .

Perfect accomodation in the historical center of Siena. Clean, cozy and very very comfortable. Parking explanation are very well detailed.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in the old city, close to the major landmarks of Siena.

The room contained a single double bed, instead of twin single beds as booked. Also, room lighting could have been brighter.

The location, the building and the room were wonderful.

Perfect location close to the duomo and piazza del campo. Also close to a free parking lot just at the entrance of Porta Laterale. The hotel also provides convenient rates with the covered parking at the Duomo parking garage. The room itself was large and spacious and had all facilities that one would require. The hotel was quite easy to find and the staff was excellent in providing all the required information beforehand. The entire process from checkin to checkout was super easy.

The location is fantastic and tough to beat for the price. The room was clean and perfectly fine. As long as you don't mind the light services (no meals etc.), I strongly recommend it. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location! Right next to the Duomo.. piazza del Campo and the main street. Yet, quaint and peaceful. Smooth check-in and check-out.. there was a personalised nameplate on my door to clearly indicate my room. The screen at the desk clearly stated where I was meant to go and the key was in the door. Clean and spacious room and bathroom. My room had a view of the street below and plenty of natural light. Complete value for money!

Maybe add a couple of clothes pegs on the bathroom door..

Excellent location in the city center, but not too noisy; clean, comfortable and convenient. The common kitchen was very useful with fridge and micro oven

No place to hang the towels; no view from the window; but those are really minor things; in general we were happy to stay there
