I loved how dog friendly it was and the staff were amazing at accommodating me and my 2 large dogs at midnight as I had got the last train home. The room was just the right size.

Continentaal ontbijt was wel erg summier. Miste een paar plakjes kaas. Had gedacht voor ontbijt ook een volkoren cracker te kunnen kiezen.

El check in a las 15 hores , nos pareció tardísimo. Habíamos madrugado para coger el avion de la 6,30 y al llegar queríamos descansar. El check era a las 15 horas, era demasiado tarde, al final pudieron darnos una habitación a la 1. En cambio el dia de salida, 11 de diciembre tuvimos que salir a las 11. Si comparas no se entiende porque entonces los que llegan , después de limpiar la habitación pueden entrar

Good location and great staff and breakfast

Room far too hot, small and expensive for what it was.

We planned to check in at the allotted time, however we were soaking wet, freezing cold and had two very fed up children, so we called ahead to see if there was any chance of getting into our room any earlier. Crystal managed to swap us to a different room to the one we were allocated so that we could get them inside and into dry clothes. We were so incredibly grateful for her taking the extra effort to facilitate us. There was another member of staff who we met in the first instance who checked in our suitcase on arrival, there was a discrepancy between systems which didn't show that I had already pain in full for our room. He rectified this with no issues/extra hassle for us whatsoever. The room was a decent size, clean and well appointed for the price. The staff we encountered throughout our stay were friendly and helpful, which made an infinite amount of difference to our trip, and we really appreciated the service we received. Thank you very much.

Staff were absolutely fabulous and let us check in early at no extra cost. The room was a little small (the sofa bed took up alot of room), but it did the job for 1 night. The breakfast was also lovely. The hotel also smelt amazing, smelt like baby powder in the corridors :)

Bar prices were high! The breakfast items did run out quite quickly too but most were replaced.

Tried yoghurt with fruit compot. Sour! Tried scrambled eggs and beans - loaded with butter. Coffee was "undrinkable". Bathroom light was blue and very dim. No shower gel.

room is small, but clean and nice quiet and, staff was super nice even when they are very busy, they are very friendly very soft quick check out breakfast didn't have that verity of options. location is good near where I want to be.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable, I had 2 teenagers a girl and a boy and there was only a double sofa bed for them to share in our family room, would have been better with two singles and a bit more room but that's all.
