We've missed the availabilty of blankets for beach beds; + nice restaurant with terace and suitable, diverse offers;

- cov-19 security messure should be improved - imposed in the free swidish style restaurant; I've seen you comply to the general standard in Albena, unfortunately that is not enough for actual sanitary situation; - availabilty of blankets for beach beds would improve the confort.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely amiable and helpfull. The food was very tasty and with a lot of varieties. The room was kept very clean. Is was cleaned every day. Clean towels every day.

The toilets from the comun spaces could had been cleaner, but this could be the blaime of the tourists.

We asked for a taxi and it didn’t come to pick us up, when we went to check-in the receptionist could not speak English very well and we booked two twin rooms and the receptionist told us we booked two single rooms until I showed her the booking on my phone. The cleaner was very rude and aggressive. The food was disgusting and uncooked and for the time we stayed we couldn’t enjoy a meal, what we paid for was very disappointing.

Good food, entertainment, kind personell, welcome message, very close to the beach.

Smell in the room , old furniture and humidity , dark colours, not a very welcome impression.

The room and the hotel facilities were clean. The personnel was nice and helpful. We had a nice surprise, we arrived late in the first day, and as we missed dinner they had for us 2 sandwiches, o small bottle of water and some fruits.

The food was very poor quality compared to last year - the only plus would be the fresh fruits. In the room there are only 2 or 3 power sockets and made it difficult to charge the phones or use any device that needs electricity.
