Room was comfortable and clean

The breakfast did not have enough spread... Also the place where breakfast is served is not good ... Not sure why time and effort has not been invested to make a good place to serve breakfast when rest of the hotel is good.

the mattress was solid. it felt like hardwood. the pillows were stinking of hair oil. there was no towel in the bathroom. the bathroom had a weird stink and felt as if someone forgot about a freshner concept. the receptionist was also very rude.

the rooms are unclean and there is a constant stench outside the property would not recommend anyone to go there we changed the room once n a new one but that was also unclean there were lip stick stains on the pillow covers bed sheets were dirty with were changed after we requested multiple times the cleaning staff was not very friendly and seemed to be upset about our requests we asked to cancel our reservation immediately but they wouldn’t budge and asked us to contact booking.com we were today by customer service that the booking will be refunded by the hotel but that was not done either awaiting further clarification on this we left within 30 mins
