Big lounge for a group of people and the views, they are just incredible. Big kitchen and fridge to make it easy to cook for a big group.
I would say that a couple more heaters for cold nights in the bedrooms won’t be a problem, there were 2 or 3, but one room didn’t have any source of heating. Since the accomodation is up to 12 people, having 12 chairs to sit would be great too.

All good. Just a suggestion : it is more value added if you could fix a binocular in upstairs first dolphin watching.

Location great within walking distance from great cafe. Views of ocean & snow capped mountains amazing. Host communicated in timely manner with clear instructions. House was amazing, extremely comfortable, lots of seating , great bathrooms & games room. Lots of space for 5 adults. Immaculate, well set out, spectacular views & great wood fire. Wish we could stay longer & will definitely book again when in NZ.

Great spot overlooking beach, with a decent deck and panoramic windows so that you could view well out to sea. No dolphins or whale during our stay unfortunately. The home is warm and comfortable with everything we needed.

Very comfortably furnished with everything you could possibly need provided. Beds were comfortable and the whole place was clean and fresh. Location was great- fantastic views.

Good location just across from the beach with lovely views out across the ocean and mountains. Lots of space for the whole family. Games room downstairs and board games/puzzles to keep everyone busy. Nice to have fires and firewood available to use.
Nothing majorly wrong, just a few things that need a bit of maintenance really - the handle of the upstairs fire isn't attached properly and came off, one of the lamps in one of the bedrooms didn't work, no bottle opener in the house. Also lighting in the living areas was quite dull, some lamps or brighter ceiling lights would be beneficial.

It was a great location. Great view of the beach, nice and quiet.Not too far from town which was an easy walk. Pity it rained most of the time but that not the hosts fault. Whale watched and saw a whale.
Only minor things wrong, like no tin opener and no house number on the gate near the house. (There was one on the street.) Bunks wobbly especially if sleeping on the top bunk. Children had to move to lower bunks to sleep.

Location is great, nice view to the ocean.. great balcony to enjoy the sunshine. Very warm house and the bedrooms extremely comfortable.
Curtains, Lightbulbs and a few fixtures need attention ..also cleanliness of the house was average, minor issues but for the price and rating, one would expect these to be sorted.

Loved the house. So much room and fabulous location and view of the ocean.
No kindling to start the fire in the morning, but luckily the sun soon appeared and warmed the house quickly.

Location was excellent, The owners rate this as 5 star, i rate this as 3 star, they have a long way to go before achieving 5 star rating in my opinion.
Property was clean, but small things like the batteries for remote didn't work to well until i removed them and rubbed some heat into them, wi-fi didn't work on my partners iPad. Some major money has to be spent here to make it a 5 star property, then we may return!
