The room and bathroom were both clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was gracious and attentive. We had a noise issue above us that greatly affected our sleep one night or I would have given a 10. This was a one time thing and was no fault of the hotel.

the location is brilliant, very central and plenty of things to see and do on your doorstep. The gentleman who met us when we arrived was exceedingly helpful and welcoming. the room was lovely and very comfortable and breakfast in the nearby restaurant was good too.

Location was awesome - directly in the old town. with lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

TV was very old and super small - so far away from the bed you could barely see. Bed were 2 mattresses with a huge gab - i got halfway lost in there

The personal touch by the very friendly and excellent staff with a phone call on day of arrival to ask if he could book us a taxi to the hotel.

Incredibly comfortable beds, very large 2 bedroom room. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, & other large bedroom with 2 double beds. Very warm and cosy. Breakfast in The Tunnel was perfectly adequate with great coffee. Worth noting The tunnel will hold your luggage before check in and after check out if required. Staff very helpful. Pavel was worthy of a mention, very pleasant helpful guy. Super location. 2 minute walk to Christmas Market.

Central but quiet location close to Old Town Square and all it has to offer. Good breakfast at a local cafe included. excellent communication and overall good value for money.

Floors dirty, actually cut my foot on a tiny piece of glass. Bed spread was ver dirty, took it off immediately

There were several good points to this stay including the large room size, the traditional room decor, the large bathroom, and the very central location right in the heart of Prague old town. It was nice to have a separate shower and bath and there was a large fridge in the room for storing your own items, if needed.

Unfortunately, there were a few points about this hotel that did not meet our expectation. Firstly, we were in one of the two rooms on the first floor, which meant that everyone accessing the hotel had to walk past our door on their way in and out of the hotel- this created a lot of noise. Also, whilst the location was great for exploring it also came with a lot of night time noise which is not ideal when you want to sleep. It is possible the rooms on the higher floors were not affected as much as we were. The room itself was a bit tired, some fixtures and fittings had broken and not been replaced, such as the shaving mirror in the bathroom, and there was a loud hum from an electrical cupboard in the room. The king size bed was actually two singles placed together which meant it was hard to sleep closely as a couple as one of you would fall into the gap. The bedding was also insufficient. with two small separate duvets and two thin pillows provided. We were unable to raise this issues with anyone directly as the '24 hour reception' is not really 24 hour- the reception area right outside of our door was barely manned. Overall, the room was average, not very cosy, and we slept badly on each of our 3 nights there.

Loved everything about the property!! Location in a small quite square just steps away from Prague Old Town Square could not have been more perfect! Large & very comfortable room also had huge bathroom. Pavel, our host, was so nice!! Breakfast was delicious!

Hands down the best location if you come to explore Prague - literally in the heart of the city. We were leaving early in the morning so they prepared breakfast boxes the night before - those were exceptional. We really appreciated that! Also the bed was probably the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept at!

It was not really a huge issue for us, but this might be helpful for someone. The building has very steep stairs and no elevator, and since we were given a room on the highest floor, we almost passed out taking our luggage up (we had 2 big 20 kilograms suitcases). Keep in mind when booking and ask for a lower floor room

The room was excellent. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was right in the centre of the city with a great view of the basilica. The staff were great and we enjoyed the breakfast very much. Thank you!!

The response of the personnel, the size and the facilities in the room, the central location of the establishment - about 200 meters from the central square of Prague, just behind the Tyn church.

The establishment consists of 6 apartments spread over 3 floors, therefore there is no constant reception on site. You have to coordinate your time of arrival with the reception via phone or email - a thing that was not indicated on Booking's site. The receptionist on duty tried to contact us through Messenger to set the time of the meeting, while we were on the road and we were not aware of it.

The location was exceptional and a really big room. everything was definitely kept clean and professionally upheld. the price nice, everything I needed was there and worked just fine. The fella that showed me around and answered all my questions was really nice and happy to help. One thing I would like to point out that I really enjoyed was slightly folded end of toilet paper roll, such a small thing but it matters.

Overall wasn't really a fan of the fact that the location doesn't have a nearby reception where I can always contact someone who works there, but it's not a big con. The breakfast in the nearby restaurant was a bit underwhelming but for the price it was sufficient enough - not really a con, but it was very neutral.
