This was a great place for our family to stay. Plenty of room for our family of 5. My kids loved the pool and having the beach close was so nice. We would definitely come back! Price was excellent (although we stayed in the off-season and did have a couple days of bad weather).

Very nice property. TV remotes did not work upon arrival, but Pam addressed the issue immediately. Pam was very attentive and responsive.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was exactly as advertised. It was clean and tidy. Plenty of pots and pans and all kitchen utensils. Every person we had contact with were friendly and happy. Best part? The beds were very comfortable!1

We absolutely loved our stay here, between the pools the splash pad and the beach our kids never ran out of things to do. The host provided a wide assortment of beach toys umbrellas and chairs so we didn't have to worry about purchasing those ourselves. The condo is the perfect place to call home base and relax between activities.

Owner was very easy to access! The location was great, loved having a sliding door in the Master bdrm to see the ocean.

We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for over 25 years and recently have used VRBO locations. This was the cleanest condo we've experienced. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. (Unfortunately the previous visitors burned a couple pans but we had plenty). The hotel itself was very clean also. The best part was not having to check in at the desk because the lines were always out the door. We walked right by them for check in and out without a hitch. Car tags, pool bands, gym cards were all in the room. Very easy!! Thank you.

We had a good time. The only two things I can say is the carpet is a little dirty and the wall paper is peeling. The resort was great. Host was great too.

The property was exactly as described!

We enjoyed the property. It was just enough space for the 5 adults and four kids. The pots and pans for cooking could use an upgrade. Everytime we tried to make something it either stuck to the pan or would burn. We ended up going out and buying our own griddle. The coffee maker also could use an upgrade. It takes a really long time to brew the coffee and would always overflow making a mess. The room sizes were perfect. The bathrooms were clean. Just for future reference the check in instructions come from the sellers direct email not VRBO. I did not realize this. I got her email on Thursday but did not realize bc I was searching for VRBO in my email. So when we arrived Friday I was waiting for check in instructions and the front desk people can’t help you bc you booked through VRBO. So we got there around 2pm and didn’t get into our room until 530pm. I had to call Pam and ask the door code, not realizing I got an email on Thursday from her personal email not VRBO. Overall good experience and would stay there again. Great view of the beach, the kids pools were great, the bar and the short walk to the beach. The unloading parking lot and then lot you park at while you stay are not the greatest. Very tight and busy, but halfway through the stay they didn’t tell us that there was a parking garage and another lot down the road.

I and a couple golf buddies spent two weeks here. We golfed everyday. It was nice to have the hot tubs and pool to relax in after golf. The view of the beach and Atlantic from the condo is excellent.

Great location to warm up during kid’s spring break. The condo was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities expected. The unit over looks the ocean, which provided beautiful breezes and soothing sounds from crashing waves. The kids loved the pools and hot tubs, and the beach! Easy access to all! Thank you!

We had nine people in our group. There were good things and bad things we encountered during our stay. First the negatives. The pull out sofa in the condo really should not be counted as a sleeping area, unless the mattress is replaced. My oldest son ended up sleeping on the couch and was very uncomfortable. One of the bar stools was broken so we ended up putting it in one of the closets so no one was hurt on the metal pieces. The resort was very BUSY and we smelled heavy marijuana smoke on the balcony daily. Also, the water slides were closed the entire time we were there, unfortunately, and the hot tub jets didn't always work (not their fault). The positives are that this place is what it is in the pictures! Beautiful ocean views and easy access. Just be aware there are stairs leading to the beach access. We had a wagon loaded with beach stuff that we had to balance on two different small sets of stairs (no ramps or flat ground). The kids loved the pools and there is on site breakfast daily for an extra fee. Within driving distance to all the places we visited. Overall it was a great time! Thanks!

We stayed for a week and we loved everything about the condo and the location. The owners were awesome to work with and so kind.

The room gets the job done and was clean the only thing I would really change was the sheets were not comfortable. 100% polyester and very pilly. Over we had a great week at ocean reef

Loved the resort - perfect for families/children. Our condo was perfect for us! It was pretty clean. The view of the ocean was great! Pam was great and very accommodating!!

Spacious 3 bedroom condo. Not direct ocean but a Angeles view that was perfect. Clean and Pam always available for any questions. Go for the fun pools and lazy river a plus.
