It was clean

My jewelry was stolen by house keeping and when I reported it I was told they been their for 30 years so they would not compensate me all though the house keeper was training someone that morning in my room I’m positive that’s who stole my jewelry!!! So because of that I left that day was totally uncomfortable. Will never go back or recommend this property they have thieves anything of value please take with you

Location was good, fairly easy to get to and close to most everything. I did like there was a night security. In fact when checking in after hours if the night security wasn't there I would probably had a difficult time finding my key to get in as no one was at the desk. Restaurant was good, the pool seemed nice though we didn't use it. The beach was ok but there was so much seagasm or seaweed the beach was unusable. I do understand it is not always like that however does that get cleaned ever? It could be raked up a couple times a week so during this time of year people could use it. Thankful there are many other beautiful beaches on the island to visit.

Upon entering the unit cockroaches scurried across the floor, definitely put damper on my excitement. The unit is outdated which is fine, however in need of some painting and a deep cleaning. The floor upstairs needed to be swept and mopped. There was stuff sticking to my feet. The towels had dark pubic hair in them which totally grossed me out. The mattress still had the plastic on it from purchase then the mattress pad then the sheets. you could hear every movement you made in the bed and it would sometimes bunch up causing it to be uncomfortable. The sheets kept slipping off to. I was glad I had cleaning wipes with me to wipe things down. We never used the kitchen other than the fridge and coffee pot. Didn't like the refinery so close and some of the neighbors down the road is a little sketchy.

Beautiful view. Nice pool. Nice people.

Very difficult (impossible) to reach via telephone to confirm detains prior to arrival. Also, nice kitchen but no pans for cooking. Also A.C. didn't work - not that we really needed it.

Great location, right on a beach. Fairly close to Christiansted (not walking distance). Office staff was very nice.

The property is very dated. Our unit hasn't been remodeled since the 80's. Cooling unit worked ok. On-site restaurant is horrible.

We choose this location for the direct beach access and the pool. Beach was weedy and dirty, and we never set foot on it, so that was a waste. Beautiful sunrise view from our room though. The staff were all very helpful, and the location was close to Chistiansted.

Our room had some areas for improvement. The sliding doors didn't close properly (or lock), so wind howled through them all night. We made breakfast in room each morning, and would have liked a larger frying pan. Lighting was dim in all of the bedrooms. More lamps/overhead lighting was needed. The kitchen did not have dish soap or dishwasher detergent, which makes me wonder how the dishes were cleaned by previous guests! The location seems to be in a run-down area of town. We never had any issues, just not very pretty to drive through.

Close to Christiansted. Quiet location.

Condo was in need of updating and was not thoroughly cleaned. The bathroom sink was dirty and the inside of the bathroom cabinet was brown. Some of the appliances were old and had rust. We found someone else's clothes under the bed. Depending on where your room is located you might have a partial ocean view and a partial view of the back of the restaurant and a refinery. We stayed in room 214.
