No ofrece desayuno, pero el depto estaba muy bien equipado y muy limpio. Tiene todas las comodidades. Muy amable el personal

la TV no funcionaba, pero era de la empresa prestadora del servicio. De todas formas la empleada se ofreció a resolverlo, hasta que advertimos que no se podía resolver. No da desayuno. Ofrece cochera con cargo pero el sistema es incomodo, hay que esperar con el auto, hasta hacer el check in y que te den la tarjeta del estacionamiento. Pero no hay lugar donde dejar el auto mientras tanto.

Si tratta di una struttura di nuova costruzione appartamenti in affitto. Si trova nel quartiere di Belgrano, quartiere residenziale di BA. Personale molto gentile, ci hanno tenuto una valigia per 3 giorni. Non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione perchè ci hanno informato tardi che il 25 dicembre non l’avrebbero servita e che potevamo passare il 24 entro le 17:00 a recuperarla, ma non eravamo in albergo.

El tamaño, y la estructura del edificio, se escuchaba el ruido de todo lo que sucedía en el pasillo y las habitaciones contiguas.

It was unclear from this site but there was no breakfast, no daily housekeeping, and no "front desk" to help with anything. We even had to buy our own toilet paper! For me, the location was good and the pool was nice - but there were not enough chairs by the pool ever and they did not provide pool towels.

Wish there was daily housekeeping with change of towels. Wish it wasn't a construction site. Wish there was actual reception desk, and breakfast, and pool towels. The room did not feel clean, especially the comforter and pillow shams.

we couldnt use the swimming pool because of the dirtyness on it. the main purpose of our stay was using that area to relax and refresh and we werent able to. dissapointing.

We stayed here one night to go to a concert, the location for city access was good. The check in staff was nice and the room was clean.

We were put on the first floor corner right above the entrance, from 1 am to 3 am 2 people were yelling at each other, we could hear every word as they were 2 meters below us and we could not sleep. We asked them to quiet down in the beginning- so the whisper yelled for 5 minutes until they yelled again. They had other rooms available that night but chose to let us stay in this one. They do not have reception available to help with this as they leave at night. We were about 20 meters from the one of the busiest roads and heard every car passing. The sound insulation is terrible, it seems that the entire building is that way as they all have large balcony windows and are built with the same insulation as our unit was. The curtains for the balcony to the street are see through- nearly transparent - so we could not undress in the room, it's a studio. My husband called from the street when he went to the car and said he could see me very clearly- both day and night. There was no pool access as listed, it was under construction and not as the photos show. We stay in BA a couple nights a month, have pretty low expectations, and this was a very unpleasant stay- we literally couldn't sleep.

The bathroom was not spotless. There were noisy appliances (the refrigerator!) and the ambiance and lighting was fairly cold and not cozy.

there is somebody in the building to answer all your questions from 7 AM to 11 PM. They are awesome, helping and with a nice attitude. Just make sure you have their Whatsup contact info, because they don t get the messages via Booking website

The place is clean and tidy. Good service. Attentive staff.

Swimming pool was empty during our stay. No TV in the room.
