The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were good—with attentive and friendly staff as well.
There were no problems, so nothing to complain about.

The location is great in the neighborhood of Palermo. The staffs are friendly.
When we arrived at the hotel room, the room was stinky, it smelled chemical products. In the next day we woke up with our nose burning and the smell was worse, we had to contact the staffs. The staff turned the refrigerator off and the smell ran off but we received no explanation about what was the problem.
The bathroom has mush and gets wet while using the shower.
The breakfast is regular, the coffee and the milk was cold.

Great hotel with perfect location in Palermo, we would definitely come again! We can recommend this hotel, decent roof top area incl. pools, comfortable rooms and decent breakfast in a nice atmosphere.

Problems with communications and charges.
1. We ordered taxi from the hotel they said it would cost 3,500 but they charged 7,000 peso.
2. I asked to pay the charges of the room in Peso they charged in USD, it’s double the amount!
And no invoice was sent! I am trying to reach the hotel but nothing. not a word from them!

Superb location, staff and breakfast. Not cheap, but great value for money when compared to similar hotels in Palermo.
Swimming poll and other parts of recreation were closed. AC presented some issues and did not heat the room.

Location is truly amazing, right next to amazing restaurants and bars in trendy Palermo Soho. Never had to take cab rides to go anywhere, since it is also walking distance to Plaza Italia subway station.
Our room had some appliances with issues: our refrigerator and safe weren’t working. Breakfast is also very simple, recommend looking for a nearby coffee shop for better options in the morning.

Everything about this place is excellent. As always the people make the place and the team is fantastic! When/If I am back in BA this is the place I will go.
Yes it is expensive in comparison but you pay for what you get.

Gym, small. Could use better equipment it was outdated. Treadmills are old and weights section.
