Nice big penthouse suite with incredible views of Skåne. Heated floors in the bathroom, large comfortable bed. Excellent transport routes to and from the hotel. Restaurant meal was delicious. Included continental breakfast was great.

Waited 10 minutes at check in, only one member of staff while other staff swanned around grinning at each other. Had requested and confirmed wine and chocolates for the room for our anniversary, arrived to nothing. Furniture in suite is more Form over Function. Inadequate access to electric plugs in suite. No answer at reception after 3 attempts. Hotel bar unmanned, stood waiting 15 minutes to be served / seated in the restaurant despite empty tables. Staff were exasperated, felt like our presence was a nuisance. Staff wandering around with headphones on, very poor presentation. Menus different between website / elevator / restaurant, even with different prices. Needs updating. Had to flag down staff to pay for meal, weren't allowed to put it on the bill for the room, once again felt like were disturbing them.

The hotel is located just on the university campus. Busy life, young people, international atmosphere. Good breakfast.

We booked double rooms and asked for single beds. unfortunately, the hotel has only double beds. The beds are of sufficient size and have individual pillows and blankets.

you get what you pay for. Choose a room with windows and you will be fine. the breakfast is solid, you will find what you want if you are used to the European way of living.

The bar is not close to a bargain, felt like Norway for a minute when paying for a 12 year old single malt.

Spacious room, great view from the window (we had a room on the 10th floor), big and comfortable bed, clean, internet was working, welcoming and helpful staff, the service was excellent, good breakfast with nice selection. For us also the location was perfect.

Amazing staff, really, I cannot stress it enough. We had a lot of special requests and they were very polite and helpful in every regard. The facilities were very modern and clean and there was a French Coffee press in the room - love it!

We booked a room without windows, that's on us. The good thing is that it was very dark, but I'd recommend booking a window suite, it's not that much more expensive and as the hotel is a skyscraper in a relatively flat region you'll enjoy the view. The breakfast was okay but my vegetarian partner found the vegetarian alternatives a bit bland. However as we left before breakfast opened the last evening, they provided us with a breakfast basked which was amazing.

I did pay for the upgrade of the room. However, the water cooker was broken, the shower tap was leaking and there were no tea bags. Would recommend that the amenities are refilled once the room is checked out.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff is very welcoming, the bed is incredibly comfortable.

No windows in the room, so can feel a bit claustrophobic. the duvet was gross and yellow. Bot enough power sockets.
