Wonderful

We had plenty of room and everything we needed to entertain, cook with, play games and relax. We had a great time and would have loved to stay longer. Next time we will!

Easy walk to beach with our old dog. Nice fenced backyard. Location is right next to ji ride condo and resort hotel. It was quiet over winter but I can imagine a lot more activity in summer. Walking distance to everything. Could use better pots with lids. Otherwise it had everything.

Getting to the home was very easy. Location was excellent, 2 blocks to downtown, 2 blocks to the roundabout on the prom, 1 block to the promenade. Everything fun was walking distance. Major stores were a short drive.

This little house is in the perfect quiet location one block off the Prom and beach. The house has all the comforts needed for a relaxing vacation. The only downside were the noisy neighbors on the 2nd floor who let their small children jimp and run starting about 6am every day..but that was not the fault of the property.

Location is good for not being on the prom itself. So close though. House is fully furnished. Not new by any stretch. You get what you pay for. Furniture for lounging is uncomfortable. They need a couch! Didn't have the recliner as in picture. Overall, proximity to town was great.

The property is located conveniently to the downtown area. Accommodations are to say at best Dated with a mixture of furniture and styles. Property manager was fantastic taking care of problems as they came up swapping Out the cable box and modem

This was our first experience in Seaside Oregon. Everything may not have gone as expected but the communication from the management team was excellent they were very nice very understanding and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I have the same amount of people. It was so close to the beach it was literally a half block away it’s not a quarter of a block. The distance to all of the businesses it was also very close we walked to everything which was a perfect because there was no parking anywhere close. A great price for a great place!

The house was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated. It is a duplex with another unit above. We had a dog, so the fenced yard was nice. I was surprised by how quiet the neighborhood was since it is so close to everything. Only a block from the beach and a block from all the fun shops and restaurants. All along the beach, there is a paved walkway with cute lampposts, perfect for walking at night.

Clean and nice interior, great outdoor space and comfortable beds. Overall this is a great place to stay!

Great location with just few steps to main Seaside strip and beach. we enjoyed our stay however some upgrades for kitchen utilities & furniture are needed. TV cable needs to get connected with ease but we couldn't and too much hassle to get someone to get it right. There is also rental unit above and we're lucky not too much noises while we're staying. Overall, it's OK for this trip.

If your larger it’s hard to access the refrigerator and washer and dryer. The place is definitely older. There was more random kitchen supplies then necessary and because of that there was absolutely no place to store any boxed foods and snacks, we try to only eat out twice, upon arrival and departing so it’s necessary to have a place for food. 2nd group of upstairs neighbors were rude disrespectful and incredibly loud all night you hear everything and the smoking area is outside one of the downstairs bedrooms and they were smoking being loud and playing music out there all night and we were able to smell the smoke it was gross. 1st group of neighbors was fine, noise level was what you would expect having people staying upstairs. When we arrived the bedroom windows were open and for the first few days there was workers working on the fence and cleaning up the back yard and we had no idea any one was going to be out there working and being loud during our stay it would of been nice to be notified that there would be someone there especially because my 4 year old was playing and all of a sudden there was a stranger out there. The back yard has a lot of random broken looking stuff underneath the stairs that looks like it needs to be cleanup and removed. there wasn’t enough dish detergent to even do one load dishes. The best part of this place is that there is a yard to play in which I need staying there for a week with littles and that it is about a 5 min walk to the convention center. And a block away from the beach and right next to the resort where our friends stay so location is amazing. Just with a few minor up dates and making sure the units are supplied properly this place can be right up there with other rentals I’ve stayed at in seaside. Would I stay here again…probably, the price is good and location is great just giving warning more so to others that may not like excess noise or could have problems in tight spaces or don’t want to around smoke. Also the company was amazing to work with and incredibly understanding during covid and made sure that we could make this stay possible and I really appreciate them for that and for that reason I would rent threw them again, I’m sure other places would of been harder to work with so thank you!!!!

Great two bedroom per friendly house (downstairs duplex unit.) Super clean!! and quiet, despite being close to a couple “big” condos. Short one block walk to the Promenade and the beach!! One block to Broadway for food, shops and games. Thanks to the staff for having it ready for us. Will stay again!!

I took my foster children to the beach, it was their first time. The house was super cute, and had enough room for me and the two teenagers. It also had board games and books ,which came in handy on the rainy days I will definitely be back.

This particular house was in a very good location quite a few things within walking distance including the beach itself

This was a great place we really enjoyed our stay. Can't beat the price and location. Yard was great for dogs and kids and close to everything.

This house certainly had it’s quirks but definitely worth the price I paid in mid November. Love to watch the storms this time of year. Extremely close to downtown Seaside and the ocean! Beds were pretty cozy, however, some of the living room furniture could use an update. Maybe add a hide-a-bed couch? Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy check in/out process. Kids really enjoyed our stay. Can’t ask for much more. Would definitely stay here again but only if it didn’t cost more.

This home was so conveniently located. Even though it was cold we still walked most places since everything is so close. The house was cozy. We stayed 4 enjoyable nights.

Owners were flexible with our needs. The location was amazing super close. The place smelled and was in poor repair. I assume some of it was due to allowing animals. Pulling carpets and putting laminate down would help with some of the smell.I wiped all down with wipes and inside cabinets were quite dirty. Bathroom was tiled very strangely with weird grout and tape holding in a tile.If it was updated they could make a killing with location for sure. Again I appreciate their flexibility on things with me but I won’t book in the future.

Enjoyed our stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Place was clean but needs some TLC and updating. Beds weren’t bad.

Booked a family vacation with 3 high schoolers and was amazed at the location and functionality of this property--one block from the beach . . . one block from the main strip! It was very clean with comfortable beds and plenty of extra amenities. We plan on booking this again next year!

Comfortable cabin in a great location. Will return.

This location can't be beat. We were here for the annual volleyball tournament and it was great to just walk out one block to the beach and another block to Broadway. 10/10 for location. The property is tired, however. Totally functional, but everything in it is old. Old, dirty carpet, old beds, old appliances (very stinky fridge). If the owner gave it a little TLC it would make a huge difference.

We stayed in Seaside for 1 week for dance competition. This location was perfect. 1 block and super easy walk to the beach. We found a great internet coffee place 1 block the other way and just a few short blocks to all the cute stores and restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere from this house! Will totally stay here again our next visit to Seaside!
