Very poorly insulated which is important when the bar across the street is blasting music until 2 am. The restaurant is in the middle of the hotel so you will hear loud noise until about 11 pm from this as well

I loved it. Great location, lovely and helpful staff, pool exceptionally clean. The restaurant within the hotel is fantastic. The massage therapist in the hotel was also great.

The bedding and pillows could be a bit better. Perhaps a duvet with an insert and some better pillows.

Because is another administration separated from this hotel. The restaurant muelle once was super good and the food amazing

My family and I, unfortunately, chose this hotel to stay 8 nights in 3 different rooms (bytheway, they also have an awful review to tell) We couldn't sleep during all my stay in this hotel because the karaoke just crossed the street was so loud from 3h00 pm until 3h00 am (everyday) The administration was very rude and gave you no options. The guy front desk (Mauricio) told us that it wasn't their problem. Day one: they couldn't open the door of our room, so they gave us another one that wasn't ready. No clean, no towels. Litle bugs everywhere in the closets and on my clothes. Beds and pillows are not comfortable They have parking, but there are always different trucks blocking your car, so we couldn't get out in several ocation One day, we haven't water on the toilets and showers Another day, somebody broke into the room next to us and stole them This was very uncomfortable. Hotel. Puerto Morelos is amazing, but choose another hotel if you visit this Puerto.

Not a lot of water pressure I'm the shower and unless you are on ground floor bathrooms either in your room or the restaurant also no fridge we had to buy a cooler

No fridge in room, but other than that all was OK. Rooms a little outdated, but OK for a short stay.

the location was great. this is a fairly inexpensive hotel so I wouldn’t expect a 5 star resort but for the cost it was a amazing deal. the staff was amazing, the rooms were comfortable, the restaurant was also amazing!

awesome location, great private beach at the end of the strip. no other hotels in the area. the beach is yours. lots of loungers on the beach. pool was great not crowded. all rooms have either a view, a balcony, or poolside. rooms were simple but clean. make sure you get a fridge. the big supermarket is right across the road which has everything and good prices.

it was pretty good. coffee in the lobby was a bit sporadic. not about the hotel, but we were surprised with the prices of food in the “portside” of puerto. most entrees are $200+. not the end of the world but there aren’t many cheap options. great hotel we will be back

we had paid for a premium room. when we checked in we were taken to the last room on the first floor that backed on to the hotels diving facility, with people coming and going. the room faced the beach as reserved, but also was at the end of the pool where anyone could look into our room from the pool or lounger chairs and the people using the dive area. I went to request another room and found we were given a standard room, the hotels lowest room level, not a premium room. after some discussion we were moved to a room just above our original room on the 2nd floor. while the room was identical to our first room, it was much improved as we still had the beach view, but we had a private balcony, not the public space under our window by the pool. Several light bulbs in our room needed replacing, the shower leaked water that ran from the bathroom floor into the room itself. the permanent glass door didn’t keep the water in the shower stall. there was no soap, shampoo,etc. Only 2 bath towels, one hand towel and a shower mat. there were 2 of us in the room. Staff seemed totally disinterested.

location- we had a gorgeous sea view from first floor- it is not just literally but actually a stones throw to the beach. direct access to the beach from the pool and pool area was clean . you get 10 % discount with omdelfin diving shop who are stationed next to the pool , if you are a hotel resident so great for getting diving lessons in the pool.

Thankfully I was there for business and it was a short stay. Cleanliness was lacking, however, they were renovating. Should they be improving their suites it would definitely be worth considering.

Location is exceptional! Large deck with amazing views . 2nd floor has the best decks.

the view and location was great

no mini fridge, coffee out in the main lobby wasn’t always out and when it was lacked sugar most days. had to constantly ask for hand towels. One day one of the workers had an attitude as to why we needed hand towels and that we just just use our hands to clean ourselves. there is no comforter, just a crap blanket that doesn’t even fit the bed. scuba training happens inside the tiny pool and the pool was never cleaned the whole time we were there.

On a nice part of the beach. staff did a good job cleaning it from sargasso. Close to everything. Fridge in the room and great view of the ocean.

-Old and pretty ugly rooms (not dirty though) -Minimum service from staff -Doors were really weak with cracks in them. -No breakfast included -They were often short of beach towels -Above all: no sleep at all before 2 a.m in the hard beds due to extremely noisy bar next door. Apparently the whole neighbourhood experience problems with this according to staff, but there should definitely be more done to sound proof the rooms! Too bad since Puerto Morelos is a really cool, beautiful and low-key town.

The on-site restaurant was amazing! Phenomenal food at very good prices for the quality of food and dining experience.
