very good location

The breakfast is to simple, the food was poor, looks like frozen. The juices make me sick. I have problems with my neck, in the last day I have to go to the hospital and we try to have a conversation with the staffs from to do check out 2 hours after 11, and they say no. The check in 1pm and the check out 11pm, I was feeling a lots of pain and they said NO straight way. Horrible 🥲

Brilliant location first of all. Staff were always friendly, helpful and ensuring we were happy.

Good value for money, right next to the Termini station and "ok" rooms. clean enough, comfy enough.

Last day I was unable to shower because there was 0 water pressure. The room is quite small. The breakfast is definitely not a must.

The hotel was small and dirty. Not like in the pictures. I want my money back.

The hotel caught fire, no one told me anything, I was not provided with alternative accommodation, neither from booking neither from the hotel.

location was great. close to roma termini. staff was friendly and really helpful.

Get proper safety measures. Fire extinguishers and train the staff to use them. The hotel was on fire while we were sleeping in the middle of the night and fire alarms were not working. The floor was covered with smoke and we had to run leaving everything behind.

I only liked the staff, he always greeted us with a smile.

The room wasn't really clean and the water was really slow in the taps. Apart from that the bathroom was smelly as well. The beds weren't comfortable at all.

Rooms shown in picture while booking and actually stayed not relevant. Toilet were not clean. Linen was not fresh. Shower door was not functioning.

The location is really great! About two blocks away from Termini station where we can also take the bus to the airport! Colosseum and Foro Romano are 20-min walk. The only good thing is the location and that's why it was super expensive for its facility and condition.

Well, I would say it's one or two star motel rather than 'hotel'. You'd better not wear your glasses in the shower. It's noisy outside even during the night since many mini markets and shops open until 2~3 a.m.. Well, bed.. you just should not expect much. You get hot water though but shower itself is not strong.
