We had an amazing stay this property!! It had everything we needed. We really enjoyed having dinner on one of 2 patios. A selection of pools right by the condo. Excellent location. We walked next door to La Quinta Resort for drinks/ dinner and also walked to Old Town . Lots of hiking trails near by. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again!

We were three adults renting a two bedroom condo for one month in February 2024.The condo was spotless and well equipped.We had a minor issue with pocket doors that were too difficult to close, but the rental agent had a satisfactory fix by the next day.We would definitely rent at Legacy Villas again.

Property is exactly what we wanted. We are two 70-ish couples who have travelled together for over twenty years. We try to find units which have two nice size bedrooms with bathrooms attached to each bedroom (basically two master suites) with a shared living room and kitchen.
The unit was clean, well decorated, and had all the necessities as listed. Great location. We came to attend a tennis tournament and play golf. All within a short driving time.
The bathroom door in California bedroom was a trifle off track making closing the door very difficult. Needs to be adjusted. The front door to California bedroom was also difficult to open (not a problem because outside door to other room worked just fine.)
The unit is on the second floor and parking sometimes requires a short walk back to the unit. Travelers with mobility challenges might prefer a unit on the first floor and close-by parking.
Our foursome thought this was one of the best units we have rented and likely we will try to rent again.

Year 2 - Just What We Expected!
We stayed in this unit last year, mainly because of the cleanliness of the unit. Plenty of dishes etc., which is nice - not having to wash the dishes every day is definitely a plus. Furnished nicely - not as "heavy" and dark as a couple of the other Legacy units we've stayed in in previous years. Owner lets guests use the garage. Short walk to nearest pool. Hope to stay again next year!

Great grounds
The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. When there was a plumbing issue, it was dealt with promptly. Unfortunately, there was a broken lamp, a curtain with a broken pull and absolutely filthy carpet in the main room.

Great weekend!
Everything was perfect. plenty of room and we were thrilled with the amenities in the condo. We had everything we needed for a great lacrosse tournament weekend. Would stay in the exact same place next year.

This villa was perfect.
This villa had everything as expected! Perfectly situated at the back of the property with amazing Mountain View’s. The owner even let us use the garage which was fantastic to store our ebikes.

Fabulous Stay
We always enjoy our stay at Legacy Villas and this was no different. Beautiful unit as advertised. We had a few issues with the electric keyless entry upon checkin, but the property team was quick to assist and had no issues the rest of the trip. Will look forward to staying here again!

We will be back!
We've stayed at two other condos in the Legacy Resort and this was bar far the best experience we've had. Everything was as pictured. The condo was very clean, nicely furnished. The owner let us park in the garage - very convenient. This development is in a great location to get to the grocery store/drug store, etc. Restaurants are close by. We would definitely reach out to the owner/property management company to try to rent this unit in the future.

Nice Home that needs cleaning...
upon arrival, we were not able to securley lock our front doors. the locks were broken. had to call prop. manger to get maintenance guy to fix the locks.. Secondly the main patio dining table as Covered in bird poop. we asked to have it cleaned & it never was... Third. ( i have pictures for proof) there were so many Bugs in the house, (kitchen & bathrooms) there were crickets, water bugs & small roaches... I couldnt continue to call the prop manager for all this. We arrived friday night & left sunday morning.

Idyllic desert retreat
Quiet beautifully landscaped “village” of condominiums in LaQuinta with multiple pools, easy walking and cycling access to shopping, restaurants, hiking trails, etc. Absolutely lovely experience.
