Great standard, very clean with comfortable bed.

There was an electric kettle which is a big plus, but would be great if there was also a cup or a glass available in the room.

Very bad experience. I booked room for 3 people on 19. July in booking.com and when we arrived to check in at night we were told that they have no room for us. They said I have to pay ca 55 EUR more to have one night there. Reception didn't offered us other solution. Irresponsible to let people book their room and get confirmation while there are no available room.

Nice staff, clean and (basically) newly remodeled facility.

Paper thin walls (bring ear plugs), no common amenities. Water pot but no tea or coffee, no cups, spoon or fork to use for anything you bring to your room. Also, no hair dryer or iron if you need to prepare for meeting.

Reasonably good breakfast available;. Reception open 24/7!

3 girls came to spend the night after a difficult move, in this hotel initially the staff did not know either English or Russian, they spoke Polish, although we did not understand anything. It took us a very long time to find our reservation. there are only truckers in the hotel, and the whole territory of the hotel smelled strongly of something unpleasant. When we got to the room, we heard that someone was snoring from the next room, as if a person was sleeping in our bed. There is no soundproofing, you can hear every rustle and it is not possible to sleep. I highly do not recommend this hotel!

The gap between floor and doors, you can hear everything. We woke up 6am because of noise. The rest things were great!

Location was ok, but in the evening was hard to find right place. It was relatively clean and nice. You can heat water for drinks but don't have any cups or drinking utilities or something too put the water....

Cold room. One pillowcase was dirty. Mediocre breakfast. No utilities in room- only one glass that was in toilet.

My main wish was to have good sleep during the night, but no sound isolation at all in this hotel. You can hear everything what your neighbors are doing, which is very weird, especially when you are travelling with kids. Also other hotel visitors were listening music very loud during the night, and nobody stopped them.
