Everything is great, very clean, convenient location

Villa was exceptional. Very clean, provided all faculties listed. Excellent pool with an amazing view and great location with short walk into the town centre.

We really liked the villa! It had everything we wanted and the view was amazing!

Only thing i can think of is that there quite the walk from the store back to the villa all uphill..

Office staff was very nice.

Pool and condo was dirty when we came. Pool's floor and walls sticker fall off. Half of the electric shades doesn't uperate. Staff doesn't speak English, someone came to fix but we couldn't understand each other. No hot water for the first 2 days! Electricity of the tv doesn't fit the socket and that's very dangerous. What good is a TV if it's not plugged?

absolutely lovely villa. everything you need was there. location was perfect for us. walkable to town but far enough so it’s peaceful during the day and night. all amenity’s where available.

could do with a bit more shade outside by dining area or an extra parasol.

Stunning views being up on hill overlooking Ayia Napa. Peaceful and a short walk into town. Excellent service.

It could do with a better shaded area by the pool (there is two parasols but they provide limited shade).

Lovely corner villa with sea views and garden views. Spacious room and nice swimming pool. Relaxing grass area with outdoor shower and sunbeds. Large BBQ and big flat screen TV. Plenty of natural light and amazing sunsets on a daily basis. Easy to get in, private parking and plenty of space everywhere (kitchen, bathrooms, rooms...). Free wifi provided.

Mostly was everything perfect. If I HAD to be picky: The outdoor area can not be used during the day as the sun hits VERY strong and there is no umbrella located near the dining area outside (maybe installing an awning would be a cool idea). Upon arrival there was an empty energy drink can in the swimming pool filter and another one in some bush. Maybe some "newer" pan would be great so that cooking is less of a hassle, but no biggie. Also, basic kitchen stuff could be provided (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar...)
