Location, Parking Facility ( Valet Option ), Staff Behaviour, Overall Property. But yes, I noticed the maintenance of the property really needs some action. For Eg - There is an odd smell in the corridor at times, some of the room doors ( Entry Doors ) the wood needs polishing etc.

Families travelling with kids below 2 / 2.5 years should be a little concerned as this hotel does not have any options but "Dal - Khichdi" or "Smashed Rice - Plain Dal - Boiled Egg" as baby food. I was expecting a lot or at least some customisation ( For Eg - I asked if they can prepare a simple Chicken Stew or plain Non-Spice Fish Curry but they stated that they won't be able to do it ) of help from them but got really disappointed with the options provided that too at an exorbitant price. They should really work on this particular area / aspect and come up with some more options for baby food except "DAL _ KHICHDI"!!

From outside the hotel looks fresh and good, but the rooms are not so great. They are very old , we can see the paint is outdated and rooms are slightly stinking and bathroom fittings are outdated . We paid 7.5k per night .. not worth for this.

Room Service was not great. If you stay for more than a day , they won't refill anything unless we call and request them . Requests are also not addressed properly. Clean my Room Tag - mention what will be done in it ?? Rooms are not fully cleaned. The big mirrors and show lamps are all dusty. Rest room doors are not working properly. Taps are broken and waiting for maintenance. Check out procedure - No feedback or anything was asked. We just paid the food bill . Person sitting in lobby was not even interested in asking anything . If you are interested in getting the room rent for 2 days during check-in itself. We wish you offer the service for the money you received .

The staff was very courteous, the room was clean and good size.
