Location great, food okay, and receptionist and overall staff.

Rooms need serious upgrade.

Robinson positive and helping attitude and support was best

Toilet flush was not working for 1 room. We had to share the toilet of other room.

Facilities are good and in prime location.

Staff behaviour is little hearse. Charged extra money for the same food on 31st without any prior intimation which was cheaper on previous day. Rooms are costly.

Rooms were good... The food was good tooooo... Robin at the villa helped us a lot..

I was not given the category of room that was booked. There was no Balcony but they collected the full amount that was for the Deluxe room with Balcony.

The location was close proximity to almost every place especially the Promenade beach. Morning breakfast was very good Rooms and Toilets were clean

For the rental charged, I expected rooms to be better The wall was chipped in certain places due to moving of furniture. Cleaning of room has to be requested.

The pictures of the hotel appear to be more prettier on the website than actual. The corridors were packed with suppliment beds. Breakfast had very limited menu. There is me ntion of cold cuts for breakfast while you book the stay with breakfast, but we did not get the same. We had booked two deluxe rooms, out of which in one room, there was water leaking from the basin. Upon request the hotel staff got it fixed. Over all the hotel need to improvise its breakfast options and rooms need to be maintained well.

The location was perfect, right at the centre of all the main locations, walking distance.

The hotel didn't exactly reach my expectations as compared to the pictures they have posted, and since the check in is as 2pm, and we arrived early, we had to wait for a very long time to get our room, although they claim to provide a washroom where you can refresh while you wait for your room, it's not as comfortable as they say. Overall, all the staff were nice, except for one person who seemed to be rude, which I wasn't very comfortable with.
