Very nice clean apartment near metro Manzonni. We have everything what we need. Very nice hostess and her assistant.

The location is good, but people should be very careful about theft while using the subway. it's best not to use the subway

We arrived at the property a little late, but a person was there to hand us over our keys. The apartment itself was just as described. very neat and clean, air conditioned.

It said in the description that our apartment would have a balcony, but it was on the 4th floor and had no balcony. The rest was as descriped above.

Please be careful if booking this apartment. The one we were offered was not the same as the one advertised. It was on the fourth floor looking down on the terrace advertised (see photo) with not even a balcony. The company have 3 properties but only one has the large terrace as advertised.

they made me wait more than 30 minutes in the street with a child of 2 years old, my mum who is 69 years old, and all my heavy luggage around 9-10 pm, all of us hungry and tired, just because one of the staff forgot about my booking, I had to make the complaint because nobody called me, so awful service , bad experience , moreover they left the coffee maker dirty and with old coffee inside and I sent a picture to booking.com (the property) and they didn’t reply me or give any apology for that. The fridge was noisy, so you have to open and shut several times the door. so because it was an awful service we decided not to pay the city taxes. Because they didn’t offer us even a discount just apologies and then we negotiated not to pay taxes

Really nice apartment. Very good service from local personel. Air-conditioning is working ok. For sure I can recommend this place.

The property was is a good location. It was a 20 minute walk from colosseum, Romun Forum and Palentine Hill. These 3 sites are in walking distance proximity and you can easily spend the day to cover all 3. It’s 15 minute walk from the apartment to Termini station. There is a tube station, Manzoni which is a 5 min walk away from the apartment. The tube line takes you to all key attractions including Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, the Vatican and Pantheon to name a few. Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps and Pantheon are all within walking distance so it’s ideal to do these sights at the same time we got off at Spagna station which is a few stops from the apartment and it’s very easy to navigate. The apartment was clean and spacious for a family of 4. Due to thin walls you can hear noise from the neighbouring apartments so if you are a light sleeper then this might be a minor issue. Ana is very helpful and responsive and she makes a great host. There are a couple of coffee shops minutes away but we chose to go towards Termini for breakfast there are lovely cafes in that area. Overall we had a lovely stay and I would recommend this accommodation.

There was noise from the neighbouring apartments we could hear the TV, kids, water dripping. We are light sleepers so it was a bit disruptive at night.

The apartment was beautiful, very well appointed with everything we needed. The huge terrace was lovely to relax with a wine after a long day of sightseeing in Rome. Very close to the Metro, shops and restaurants.

Unfortunately, our car was broken into while parked in the street in front of the property and items were stolen from the boot. I realise this could happen anywhere, however it would have been good to have been advised that the neighborhood has a history of break and enter in vehicles and to take precautions.
