It was very peaceful environment, lots of birds singing, nice courtyard and terrace.

We had a very good pie for the breakfast. The restaurant is very good. Staff speaks Romanian language.

Great views from the terrace. A lot of birds chirping around us all the time, which we liked. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and polite.

it’s position

no finesse-

Breakfast was included in the price of the room and over three mornings was different each day. The hotel is right on the lakeside and very peaceful. The restaurant offers good food and good service.

Total score on location, beautiful and calm. Clean, warm, beautiful room. very stylish and cozy common room. Tasty food , not only fish, but all other meats, and very friendly staff.

certain products in the restaurant have extremely high price, like still mineral water almost 5 lev.

Our room was clean and spacious. It also had lovely view of the lake that the hotel is next to. Breakfast was included in the price of our booking and it was an excellent, traditional Bulgarian meal. There was enough provided that we couldn't comfortably eat it all and we took some of it away to have later on the journey home. The hotel restaurant was really cosy and the evening meal we had was also very good. The restaurant had a power cut about 10 minutes after we sat down for the evening meal but the staff still managed to serve us the meal despite that. Later in the evening we had a lovely, piping hot bath. In the morning we couldn't start our car and the staff went the extra mile to help us get moving so we could rendezvous with our appointment. The guy who had served us breakfast tried to get the car going by recruiting the hotel cleaner to give us a push and when that didn't work he called a local mechanic for us who came out with jump leads. Between the two of them they managed to get the engine to start. We were also travelling with our dog and she was allowed the run of the place. All in all we had a really happy stay.

For us it was the perfect stay.

The setting was super, the room lovely and the restaurant wonderful.

The shower did not have a curtain.
