The staff at the villas were lovely. The reservation team have let this property down.

The property isn't well made, many large gaps. The pool was dirty and the smaller pool, I wouldn't let my kids touch as it was so murky. The reservation team overcharged me and have not issued my refund after 14 days. I am still waiting. The location isn't easy to walk anywhere but the taxi's are affordable to go to town. Nusa Dua was much quieter than Seminyak with not as much to do for the kids.

Warm welcome by the staff and very helpful. Perfect location and intimate. I choose Vinila Villas to spend my last day honeymoon in Bali and I really love this Villa. Private pool, clean and quite. The garden is spacious. Breakfast is amazing with some bread selection. I Love Bali, I Love Vinila. Definitely will come back 😍 Thank you Vinila. Cheers.

First we should get a downgrade to a smaller villa next to the street. After complaining they arranged our booked accommodation, but we had to wait for it until the evening. The facility of the villa is shabby, a lot of vermin. We stayed only for one night and checked out the next day in the morning as an early departure. We felt uncomfortable to stay longer. The environment is not pleasant either.

there was no microwave, the phone was not working hence we had to use our personal number to chat with the staff. the number of water is limited to 6 small bottles a day, they should at least keep a water filter in the villa. Also, the food menu is excluding taxes, so we had to pay huge tax for little food that we ordered.

Very limited hot water, not enough for every guest to take bath. AC not working properly in living room. Poor management, the last day I didn't have a car because the management gave the wrong key to another guest and my car was taken away by that guest All plans fell apart on that day

Everything! The rooms were big and clean. The living room area looking upon the pool was also amazing

I like the decor , room size are great, they give bath towel a lot and clean. The staff are very helpfull , polite , friendly excellent. Especially in the park area, they’ve been very helpfull to park the car without me asking. The garderner also very polite.

I really don’t like there was lots and lots of ants in the kitchen, dining table, near the door and window, also in the bathroom. Everything is fine except the ants
