Staff at the property was good, specially Azza in guest relations. She and the other guest relations manager went out of their way to help us all the way and also arranging for our Veg breakfast.

Overall it was a lovely stay! Couldn't have asked for more! The staff were so friendly, and Azza provided great service for me, she was 10 out of 10!

Clean throughout with spacious rooms, food was delicious and the staff was very welcoming. From restaurant, bar staff, reception and guest relations who are very helpful not forgetting the cleaners all very attentive to detail.

It was out of season in which hotel was quiet, however the peace was welcomed.

We liked all fasiliteter we have got ( badstue, hamam for fri, trening senter, swimmingpol and private transfer to the private beach where we got sol bed for fri as a hotel guest). The food was amazing and personel was very helpfull with everything. Houskeeping on the best quality. We are going to come back there for sure.

My work laptop went missing from the safe locker room, although I still had my ticket to collect it. I had to leave without it as was going to miss my flight, but another customer returned it apparently. The hotel manager was was waiting on me providing three documents in order to courier it to me... They ended up giving it to A RANDOM CUSTOMER along with my name and home address... WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!! The customer turned up at my place of work and demanded £1000 to hand the laptop back. Due to the personal information on the laptop and the fact he had my personal details my company paid the money. Simply unacceptable, i have never had an experience like this. Not what you would accept from the Holiday Inn or IHG Group, or any other hotel. When challenged they have blamed the customer and told me to go to police, when they are the ones who literally handed him this along with my personal information... I had told them very clearly they couldn't do this and they did it anyway. I will be raising a full complaint and taking legal action.

Clean rooms. Positive and helpful staff. Cleaning was superb.

Not much to be honest. We didnt like that it was far away from the city centre but thats more a matter of taste and what you are looking for. Other than that we were satisfied with everything.

Very clean and modern and really want to thank Alena for the warm welcome and looking after me and my family during our stay. Her service was excellent!

Only minor point would be to have more vegetarian hot food options

The common spaces were fantastic. Especially the rooftop pool. However, it closed rather early, right at sundown.

While the common areas were new and modern, the rooms were smaller and in need of an upgrade. The hallways and elevator didn’t have any air conditioning so getting to your room was a hot trek. The furniture was slightly worn in the room. However, the bathroom was small but very nice.

Excellent location plus they are connected to the red nd white beach club which was excellent . Alena who was the guest relation ship officer was v friendly and helpful

The staff were very pleasant, helpful and friendly. Thanks to them our stay was wonderful. The hotel has free hammam and sauna, gym and swimming pool. Internet is fast enough. Buffet for breakfast and dinner but it was a bit repetitive. There is a shuttle service to and from the private beach several times a day. Also I liked that the hotel is eco-friendly - with separate garbage collection and reusable bottles for shampoo and other things.

Small room space and small closet (a bit inconvenient if you have a lot of clothes). Private beach closes too early.
