Great location... very comfortable holiday house

It should’ve been a water front ...lol but it was the next best thing... will come back again.... 😉

very convenient to the beach, quiet, beach chairs included, parking, access to town

beds are very firm. didn’t sleep great.

Location was great, right next tot he beach. easy access to the town via cycling path.

That they wanted to charge us extra for a travel cot, this should be provided free of charge given the overall price.

The place was amazing.. we loved it.. very close to the beach 😁 and 4min drive to centre of town for shopping,food,and cloths shops. 😁

Just be aware of a few mosquito's ..😉 otherwise have a lot of fun 😁

Very close to the beautiful beach! Enough space for family (we travelled as 2 kids and 2 parents). Nice court / terrace for having meals and reading in privacy (rather high fence / bushes around). Outside hose + shower is perfect for getting fresh and rid of sand prior to entering the appartment. Fridge large enough for family needs. Walking distance along beach to Sperlonga old city. And last but not least: Alessandro was very helpful with all kinds of inquiries, with very fast response times :-)

The matress in one of the beds was pretty hard - but this could be seen as a plus by others ... (for one of our sons it was too much of a good thing)
