The staff was always quick to let us know of the wildlife spotted on the property so we could see them also. From our balcony alone we saw howler monkeys, toucans, scarlet macaws, woodpeckers, capucins monkeys, sloths, and I'm sure there are more, but I can't recall!
The pool was amazing and quiet, the forest view, well, that's already been described! So much nature!
The A/C was awesome, floor to ceiling glass to see the canopy... This place is amazing!
Basically NO vegan options on the restaurant, except fruit (which was so good,) but you really need more options.
4.5
Clean and safe. Helpful staff.
Food was substandard. Seemed to be precooked and just warmed up in a microwave. No flavor. Not the staffs fault, just likely lower quality equivalent to fast food.

Very nice rooms with good space and modern interior
Had to adjust the water in the shower since it was going from hot to cold on its own

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the restaurant great. Our favorite part of the hotel was the pool. Also, it feels very private and relaxing. We felt very safe.
It was cool that we saw a sloth on a bamboo by the pool! You feel close to nature but really comfortable at the same time.

I think overall was great, good location, great access to the beach and grocery stores, pharmacy, ATM, restaurants.
Nothing to say here.

Modern and spacious room with amazing view to the forest. Spotted several monkeys and macaws from the balcony. Few minutes drive to Manuel Antonio.
Limited parking. Had to ask staff to move their car so we could park one night.

The property is surrounded by trees full of animals (we were three nights and we could see a sloth, two different group of monkeys and birds). The two pools next to the restaurant are open until 11pm.
Staff overall were very kind and extremely helpful. The room was quite large with a small kitchen, living room and a balcony.
The hotel is 400 mts from the bus stop (c. 390 per person to Quepos or Manuel Antonio Park) and there are lots of international restaurants around the area.
It's not related to the property, but the way to the bus is very steep and dark during the evening, with no pedestrian sidewalk.

The monkeys! The property is in a beautiful spot and not too large.
We were a little disappointed in our room as it was ground level and right in front of pool so not very private. However, we would book here again but just make sure the room is up higher level.

Breakfast was good and nice fresh fruit every morning.
Was a very quiet hotel in a great location and staff were wonderful, friendly and willing to help when needed.
Clean rooms.

The location of the hotel is convenient! We ended up not staying the night at the hotel, so weren't able to make any positive experiences.
I had requested a room on an upper floor. What we were given was a room in the souterrain, next to the elevator.
Advertised was "forest and pool view" - we didn't see either as we were basically below the pool. Moreover, the room was FILLED with mosquitos and insects (both dead and alive). We were in Arenal and Osa before, in the middle of the jungle, and nowhere it was as bad as here.
We tried to exchange the room but were told this wasn't possible as they were fully booked. We really didn't feel welcome at all so we ended up leaving on the first night (I had originally booked 3) and staying at a different hotel down the street (which was great).
I actually felt bad for the (clearly swamped) receptionist, who's obviously not at fault here. However, the management's dealing with guest is, in my opinion, questionable. I wrote them two messages after we left, asking to at least be reimbursed for the 3 breakfasts - and was simply ignored. No explanation, excuse or anything - not even a short response at all. We were simply fully charged and ignored, which confirms the first bad gut feeling that we had when we entered the hotel.

the staff, Alison especially, were very helpful. the room was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant had beautiful food and not expensive. Micheal and Kevin did a great job in serving and great cooking - especially the cerviche!
It is on the top end of price

Breakfast was SO GOOD. The French toast was the best I’ve ever had and monkeys climbed in the trees as we were having breakfast. Could not have been happier

such a wonderful location, great breakfast and I saw so many animals!
4.5
The place is new and looks very well kept. The bed was very comfortable and the whole room was nice to be in. There are plenty of monkeys around the hotel, which we could see almost every breakfast. Food is great an the service is good.
Noise from the street is pretty loud. I think that it's because of the thin external walls. Also, the whole room is with glass walls. If anyone forgets to turn of the light outside (like the pool lights or a neighboring room), it's going to be pretty bright at night.

The location is perfect, short walk to the restaurants and beach
Everything was perfect!

I highly recommend this property, we had a spacious, modern and super clean family apartment overlooking the jungle and often had monkeys come and visit our balcony! There are two beautiful pools and a great restaurant. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, and we appreciated the on-site parking (as there's a bit of hilly walking around the area so a car was really helpful to have). Nearby Biesanz beach was incredible. We would definitely stay again!
Nothing, it was a perfect stay.

good location, good size room, friendly staff
no view, our room was dark and below street level

Beautiful setting and the staff was very attentive. We might suggest having a golf cart to transport guests to close places as the walk from the hotel can be daunting especiallyduring rain storms.
We had some allergy issues with the air conditioning system but that probably won't affect other people. Otherwise a really nice place to stay.
