Personnel très serviable, literie très confortable, et la vue est exceptionnelle. On a même la visite des singes capuchino au petit déjeuner qui est très drôle.

Excepcional, todo estuvo fantástico. El lugar es precioso. La comida riquísima. El personal super amable. Una ubicación muy buena. Simplemente las mejores vacaciones de mi familia.

Que hay que bajar y subir muchas escaleras para llegar a la habitación, y las excursiones no fueron increíbles.

Me gusto la ubicación, tiene hermosa vista al mar, está cerca del parque Manuel Antonio. La habitación es muy cómoda

Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel en zeer mooi uitzicht vanuit je kamer/bed/balkon op de jungle en op de oceaan. De twee zwembaden waren ook heerlijk. Lokatie voor strand en nationaal park Manuel Antonio is bovendien perfect op 5 minuten rijden. Voldoende leuke restaurantjes in de buurt en als je van zeevissen houdt ligt Quepos op 10 minuten rijden

Sehr schöne Anlage, aufmerksames und leidenschaftliches Personal, außergewöhnliche sehr schöne Sicht auf das Meer und den Regenwald, in dem die lokale Tierwelt zu hause ist. Frühstücksbuffet und Zubereitung von Omeletts etc. Restaurant sehr gut.

(Warum kostet ein Cappuccino zum Frühstück 5$ extra? das sollte schlicht drin sein)

Beautiful location, but not peaceful. Noisy bar next door, noisy during day power washing the place for 3 hours. Breakfast buffet very sad with no fruit and flies. They overcharged us for a trip, when we queried they said they would take the difference from the concierge who misquoted the price - which just isn’t ethical or right. Just not worth the money at all.

The room was clean and offered a decent size for two people. I appreciated the small items provided, such as a shower cap, toothbrush, and shaver. It was also convenient to have an iron in the room. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with a small variety of options available both in a buffet style and through an ordering menu. The staff members were attentive and frequently checked in to ensure our needs were met. The pool area at the hotel was excellent, with both a regular pool and an adult-only pool. The bartender in this area provided great service, and the hotel's happy hour offering 2-for-1 drinks was a nice touch. Additionally, the views from the check-in area and the adult pool were breathtaking, surpassing those at a previous resort we had stayed at (Shana)..

There was a discrepancy between the view and room advertised on Booking.com and the actual view and room we received. I approached the front desk shortly after checking in to confirm that we were indeed in a deluxe room, showing them the photo from the booking website. However, the staff member simply mentioned that views can vary depending on the room's location and did not offer any alternative options. This lack of effort in providing an option to address my concern was disappointing. The only other issue we ran into was with the air conditioning in our room not functioning properly, causing discomfort during the night. Although the staff mentioned that maintenance works around the clock and could have been called to fix the issue, this information was only provided during check-out. Just a heads up, the deluxe room did not come with a television. This was not an issue for us.
