The apartment was warm, clean and well equipped. It was also pretty central in Lerwick so we walked to most places we wanted to go to. There was supplies left in the kitchen which was nice too. We would rent again if available.

The internet dropped out a few times but that might have been weather related! Not a place you go to sit on the internet anyway.

The location is superb. The host was very helpful. The accommodation was as described.

Host was helpful in letting us access the property early as we had arrived on overnight ferry. Also let us know we had left clothes in wardrobe when we left and arranged for us to pick them up. Location worked well for us - easy access to rest of Shetland.

Decor is tired and rather run down. House and bedding felt cold and damp on arrival. Damp patch on ceiling over bed dropped flakes on bed. Rugs and carpets not recently cleaned. Dirty crockery & cutlery all needed dishwashing on arrival. Frying pan unusable as surface peeling. No evidence of Covid measures - no notices or sanitiser & too much clutter. All local info outdated (2020). Fire extinguisher last tested 2014 & no evidence of PAT testing of electrical appliances. Several light bulbs not working.

Perfect location, in a quiet location one-way street. Good sized property, with everything you'd need.

There can be some noise from the apartment downstairs, but you'll find that in any similar holiday accommodation.

Loved this beautiful clean and spacious apartment, very well appointed with ample parking on the street outside. All local amenities a short walk away. Everything catered for in the apartment, lovely comfortable beds and bright and spacious rooms.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Jennifer was very helpful and accommodating and the flat was pristine. Great location within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops.

Hardly anything springs to mind. The only thing I can think of is the street light outside my window! This is a great place to stay!
