We loved everything about the property. It was spacious and beautifully and comfortably furnished. The bedrooms were both large and had comfortable king sized beds. The bathrooms were modern, spacious and have refreshing waterfall showers. We really appreciated the extra 1/2 bath room in addition to the 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen was very well appointed with a wide selection of glasses, plates, knives and cooking utensils. We often enjoyed sitting on the patio which looked out over a surprisingly large, quiet courtyard that was very quiet and private in spite of the apartment’s very central location. It was so close to public transport, restaurants and shopping- ( with the added bonus of a grocery store right next door!) we would highly recommend staying in this amazing flat!

Everything was just great. Apartment is much better than on pictures. It has it all and more. Very spacious and clean. Technical facilities are new and almost all Miele. In the kitchen there is all and more. Location is 1 min from MariaHilferStrasse, main shopping street. Ubhan is near as well.. Apartment is warm and quite. Pitty it was winter and we could not use great terace. Beds are more than comfy. Special thanks to owner who allowed us very early check in. If we come again this apartment will be our first choice definitely .

Great location. Probably the best shower in all of Europe. Bed was fantastically comfortable. Terrace/balcony was perfect. The living room with TV large and spacious. Everything about this apartment was first class

Convenient location to subway that goes directly to tourist area. Grocery stores within a block. Also separate washer & dryer was super nice to have.

Very spacious, good facilities, full sized separate fridge and freezer (needs an ice cube tray), balcony with sun shade away from the street, external blinds, air-conditioning throughout, though with some issues. Appliances and fittings all high quality, if a bit complicated to understand. Enormous oven.
Aircon in bedrooms did not work, but I contacted the host who arranged a top-up of refrigerant, which improved things. Became extremely noisy in the main bedroom though, with banging/rattling and water leakage. By the end of three weeks I worked out that the noise was actually coming from the living room aircon unit (which otherwise worked perfectly) back to back with the bedroom unit but the pipes ran into the bedroom, where the noise occurred.

Great place, location is super close to the Mariahhilfer strasse which is great for shopping and getting a taxi anywhere.
There's a Lidl just bellow so you're never out of anything.

The apartment is modern, new and has everything we needed. Location was great for us, just across Mariahilfer St. Instructions for arrival were clear and accurate, it took 2min to get the keys. Highly recommended.

Wonderful modern apartment in very good location just a few steps to Mariahilferstrasse (shopping street). Soundproof windows & comfort bed, They have everything you need, made you feel like home. I will definitely come back. 😍
