Apesar da ótima localização em uma rua com muitos restaurantes, o quarto é silencioso e muito confortável. Além dos restaurantes na mesma rua, é possível ir andando até as principais atrações da cidade.

Os quartos são localizados em zona exclusiva de pedestre, é importante ter isso em mente na hora de fazer a reserva.

Location ideal for visiting all that old Zagreb has to offer. Restaurants and public transport within easy reach. Room was comfortable.

The towels weren't put out, and in fact I thought they werent there until I searched the room. The remote didnt have batteries and took two nights to get them. Breakfast was only served from 8am which meant that 2 out of 3 mornings I had to leave before it was served. As it turns out instead of two people in the room, I was the only one, and had paid extra for breakfast each morning, but no reduction for being one. The windows were above head height and with frosted glass, made for a shut in feeling,

Ottima posizione in zona strategica nel cuore della via dei ristoranti, a pochi passi da diverse attrazioni e vicino alla fermata del tram!

Reception inesistente e scritta dell'hotel non visibile! Volevamo prenotare un taxi per il ritorno, ma ci siamo arrangiati noi... Per i reclami bisogna rivolgersi allo staff del bar... Noi avevamo una camera puzzolente (puzza di fogne) e ce la siamo tenuta così per tutto il soggiorno dormendo con la finestra aperta... Staff del bar gentili e disponibili! Come descritto, si è in una via pedonale e quindi le macchine non possono circolare all'interno di questa via. Essendo un bed&breakfast considerato al pari di un 4 stelle, manca il frigo bar in camera, pulizia della camera insufficiente, c'era un cotton fioc per terra che nostra figlia ha trovato e messo in bocca e per tutto il soggiorno la camera non è stata né rifatta, né pulita e il cestino non è mai stato svuotato, avendo una bimba piccola era stracolmo di pannolini!!! Colazione insufficiente, bella la sala, ma nessuna possibilità di poter avere un cappuccino, manca la brocca d'acqua, signora addetta alle colazioni si occupa soltanto di riempire i piatti e alterna la sala colazioni con la pulizia delle scale, non parlando bene l'inglese... Da notare la sala colazioni e la stanza fredda (non riscaldata).

My husband forgot his coat in the room and we asked the hotel manager to send it to our home address in Germany. The hotel manager agreed, but she never did what she promised, despite 3-4 reminders over 3 weeks. Later she just ignored our calls and messages. Not nice. It was an expensive coat.

The hotel is on a pedestrian street full of bars and restaurants. The atmosphere of this street is amazing - it's noisy and full of people - very nice on a summer evening. However, the hotel rooms are absolutely quiet. The hotel is clean, pleasant, the rooms are spacious, clean, air-conditioned. A thousand thanks for having the opportunity to stay at this amazing place.

It's not really that important, but since there is a hot drink option in the room in the morning, we as coffee lovers would appreciate having a stocked coffee. There was only tea available there.

This is my third stay at Regal, and I'll keep going back because it's always perfect!
