Towels and cushions could be improved.

Living in a piece of history, felt like we were staying at a museum palace, the place is incredible and really makes a great choice for special occasions. The mattress and pillows were very comfy, there was warm water throughout the stay, fully stocked kitchen, wifi was bit weak and not always available and location was really nice and central.

No hot water

Amazing location... you can see the Spanish steps when u stand right outside the front door!! The decor in the property is a piece of history in itself!... when u enter the grounds and the building you are blown away by the artwork, statues and the gardens. The bed was comfy and the bath was a great size. Having kitchen facilities was handy. Davide gifted us a lovely bottle of Prosecco when we arrived which was a lovely touch to get our holiday in atone off to a great start :-)

Was told the TV was broken (although no plans to watch it so not an inconvenience. Would have been nice to have some milk in the fridge to make the tea and coffee which was in plentiful supply There was not enough hot water to run a full bath in one go, although if you wait 15-20 mins it will heat up again. The plug on the iron needs replacing as could be dangerous if used
