This was our second hotel of the holiday and we absolutely loved it .. it’s super clean , new and beautifully looked after. Super friendly staff , amazing location and we will be back soon. Breakfast and dinner suited our family including a difficult to please teen, very nice food, good selection.

The location is superb, Santo Tomas is a very quiet place with an outstanding beach, and Seth 55 is just off the beaten track in a very relaxed green corner of the town just a few minutes from the sea. The swimming pool is the best one we've ever been in, and all the personnel at the hotel go over and above with their service. We can't wait to go back!

I would expect water to be served for free, especially considering the price of a stay. That was the one flaw in our stay.

Not a beach front location as I had planned. Disappointed that I had booked the 'wrong' Seth Hotel. We were told that this was a very common mistake ! Yes it was my mistake, but easily made.

Modern, clean, friendly and efficient staff. The food was buffet style but a good variety of dishes.

The window in the bathroom, whilst a lovely design feature, made it a bit awkward if you are not a couple and want privacy, the teenage children didn’t like it!

you could not get a soya cappuccino or pay cappuccino in times where it’s really not that u usual not to drink milk you could not get it !!! also it’s fine that breakfast is buffet but at least serve people their hot drinks ! having to queue for a coffee machine is just not 4 stars for me at all

Technically, you can’t fault this property. Newly built, fastidiously clean, immaculate rooms, competent staff, great facilities, amazing breakfast….

As I said, the Seth 55 definitely ticked all the boxes required for an excellent 4-star hotel. However, I have to say it did seem a bit soulless ….I may be being pedantic, but there was nothing to warm the heart, no ‘special touches’ that made it stand out from any other 4 star hotel….(sorry!).

That was our fist trip to Menorca, and it went fantastic. The hotel exceed expectation - new, clean, great design, fantastic room size and facilities.

Why we came for 4 days only?...

Staff very helpful and polite. Hotel very clean and in excellent condition Good choice of food. Drinks ok priced.

Standard of dress of some guests at dinner was very disappointing. Suggest introduction of a dress code for dinner such as no beach or sportswear. Guests from another hotel were using the restaurant and standards of dress were very poor, not the standard expected when staying in a 4*sup hotel and paying the associated price.

Excellent customer experience. The hotel personnel was very helpful in every aspect. The breakfast and dinner buffet superb and the facilities amazing. We loved staying at the hotel and come back if we ever come back to Menorca

The DJ session one of the nights was out of place and didn’t fit the type of audience at the hotel. But it wasn’t a real problem as all the music would stop at 23h.

Nice and comfy rooms, modern equipment. Breakfast was good, with lots of options. Staff was really nice and helpful. Hotel is close to a very nice beach, suitable also for kids as the water is shallow.

Room was amazing: Big room, big and confy bed, nice balcony and really nice walk in shower. Swimming pool is incredible, super long and you can swim really good. Location as well really good, 5 min walk from Santo Tomas beach as well as from a pharmacy and a supermarket. Really easy to visit the island by car as from Santo Tomas it takes 30 min to every part of the island. Friendly staff. A great plus that they let us do a late checkout for a fee. Parking available for a 5euro/day rate.
