Fantastic location, great outside space and very comfortable rooms. The terrace in the restaurant was lovely too.

The lounge bar was very dated and almost put me off booking the hotel. I’m really glad I stayed there but those curtains in the lounge bar should be pulled down immediately!!

Room facing loud construction site made it impossible to sleep in, have windows open or spend time on the balcony, terrible coffee, average breakfast, no service at the pool area

Stayed here one night while walking the Cami de Cavalls footpath. We had a room with a sea view; it's right on the beach. Lunch at the beach bar was lovely; we staggered in with our packs and were made very welcome. The Sant Tomas is a smashing hotel with a great buffet breakfast and buffet evening meal. You can walk the long beach to Son Bou and there is a dune system walk too. Bini Gaus beach is further along. Tip; if you're walking to Cala Galdana (or the reverse), the Official Cami path (red signs) takes you through wonderful cool woodlands, with birdsong and flowers, and the little coast path hugs the coast and drops down into the gorgeous beaches, so pick which you prefer, they are both beautiful. Thanks to all at San Tomas for making our stay so special.

From the moment I arrived to an offer of some complimentary Cava at reception, to the moment I left with a friendly chat with staff at breakfast, I felt incredibly looked after with some of the best customer service I have had from a hotel. The breakfast buffet was the best I have had and the evening entertainment at the Malibu bar was superb (who doesn’t love a Lionel Ritchie tribute act 👌) The pool area was just a 30 second walk away from the beach and not far at all from the shops, bars and restaurants on the resort of Santo Tomas. I feel the hotel offered excellent value for money and would most certainly book again which is very likely as I come back to Santo Tomas at least every other year.

There is not much I can say I didn’t like, only one thing, that an evening meal at the Malibu bar booking for 1 been by myself seemed to be confusing to staff. Unfortunately they don’t start serving food until 19:30 which I understood been in Spain, however after making it known I would like food having been there from 18:30 deciding to wait and have drinks, it took until 20:00 to start taking my order having asked 3 different members of staff. (Tables were been prepared for evening meals whilst I was waiting, mine never was) I was then told choosing a starter and a main that I would not have time as the table was reserved from 21:00, so I left and went elsewhere. The next day when I went for lunch and was shown to a table of 4 seats, the place been virtually empty, the same member of staff said “this table is too big for you no?” To be treat the same as everyone else is the least you can ask for. But there was nothing I did not like about the hotel and the Malibu bar itself for drinks and food is superb 👍

All…very nice staff, incredible facilities, just perfect location…what else could I ask for some relaxing days?
