L environnement et le personnel de ménage très bien
Les toilettes bouchés et un spot de la sdb clignotait sans arrêt quand on allumait la pièce

En période de hors saison pas de personnel, activités enfants inexistantes.
Pas d’isolation phonique dans les logements.
Quelques travaux de rénovations pourraient être réalisés (pommeau de douche qui fuit, chauffage très bruyant…)

El apartamento estaba muy bien. Súper completo. Grande, amplio, cómodo…..
Teníamos vistas a la piscina con una bonita terraza.
Éramos cuatro y teníamos dos habitaciones, dos baños, la cocina completa. Todo estupendo.
Recepcionistas amables.
Instalaciones bien.
A la llegada no había nadie en recepción y tuvimos que esperar un ratillo.
Cuando apareció tranquilamente la recepcionista tenía cola esperándola.
Después fue amable y rápida.

The location is great, there are a couple of swimming pools and a mini water playing area and just over the road there is the lovely beach. The breakfasts and dinners were plentiful and varied. The gardens are beautifully maintained. The rooms comfortable and the apartments are the right side to have enough space and rest even if you are a bigger group. The staff were always very kind and helpful and smiling. The contact with them was personal. The box for recycling beach and pool equipment was a great touch.
The check-in took quite long and there was a bit of waiting at the reception. Other than that there is little I didn't like.

Apartment needs better maintenance!! Kitchen appliances very old ! Dinner were horrible ! Try it only one time !

Spacious apartment, basic, but clean & modern with a good size balcony. Apartment had a small kitchen (cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, DeGusto coffee machine). Hairdryer, ironing board and iron, clothes dryer on balcony also provided. There are also two washing machines & a dryer(€5) in the reception area so if you like travelling light it’s very handy. We had an evening flight on our last day and they have a showers to use to freshen up before heading off to the airport. Very convenient & considerate extras to make it less stressful!
Our air con didn’t work and kept tripping. On the last day we found out that the previous occupants also had problems and had asked reception to sort it out. Clearly needs to be properly fixed - if the air con had worked properly I would have given the accommodation

We stayed in this complex just for 5 days. To be honest I was afraid that this place will be very bad because we paid so little but I must admit that I was very impressed. Great value for money, 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very nice size living room and fully equipped kitchen. Accomodation 4/5 stars (taking into account how little we paid. Our 7/8 years old kids love it kids pool and the main pool as well. Beach is just 2-3 min walls and its amazing, very clean, also very shallow so you can alow your kids to play in the water without stress. I will fully recommend that place to all families and we will be back there.

Food was exceptional (great choice and incredibly tasty), quiet location near by very nice beach was awesome (and the temperature of the sea 27 degrees at the end of September was very pleasing). 2 bedrooms apartment was spacious and hotel's kids playground was very nice. Pools were a bit cold, but very clean. Food shop and pharmacy were just next to the suite complex.
Beds were very hard, although not so uncomfortable as it seemed on the beginning. But long narrow pillows were quite difficult to deal with. We would also appreciate at least one window covered with mosquito net, so we could safely ventilate the rooms without noisy air conditioning. Our little daughter had 15 mosquito bites in two nights (although we always found only one mosquito in the morning). We needed to buy some plug in repellent and some repellent patches :0( That helped.
It would be nice if dinner water would be included in the price of the half-board.

We rented a 2 bedroom apartment for a last-minute getaway and were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was great value, well located close to the beach, the room was very large, well equipped, and it was clean. Also appreciated being able to check in a little early.

Staff were very welcoming. The unit was clean, and private and had lots of space. Loved the clothes rack outside and how close to a supermarket we were. Very close to the beach. When it was really windy, the pool was perfect. We were able to walk both ways in the Cami di Cavalls easily from our hotel.

The apartment was very spacious, beds comfortable, stuff super attentive, and very good at keeping in touch prior to our arrival - our late night arrival was thus handled smoothly, and we even had a cold dinner waiting for us at the apartment, since we did not make it in time to go for the buffet. Food very nice in the restaurant.
The only weak aspect was WIFI - didn't work in the busy part of day (worked well early in the morning and late at night).
