House is situated on a more quiet area of the island but it is super easy to get around the island if you rent a car. Location was lovely - close to the beach and a few awesome restaurants. Alexandra met us on arrival after having arranged transport from the airport. There were numerous super thoughtful touches - water on arrival as tapwater is not drinkable, coffee pods, bed linen & beach towels - everything that is nice to have after you have not slept because of travelling ;) I loved the fact that the cleaners came every few days & replaced linen & towels. The pool is kept sparkly by the poolman who comes regularly. Whenever we had a question, Alexandra was very responsive to answer / resolve an issue.

The location of the property was perfect. Kalafatis beach is a 5 min walk away and it’s such a beautiful beach! The property has all the facilities you need for your stay, comfortable for a family of 5, even 6. The pool is a lovely add on to cool down and relax. Great view of the sea too, nothing like sitting outside in the morning or the afternoon enjoying your coffee. The host Alexandra was amazing. Couldn’t find a better one. We had an issue with our car hire and I reached out to her and she was so helpful, found us a car within an hour. Any other questions I had in regards to the property or check in/check out etc, Alexandra was always prompt with her response! Thank you Alexandra it’s these little things that make someone’s holiday special. We will definitely be back!

It could do with a little bit of maintenance building wise, ie maybe some painting inside, fixing the fly screen on the main door etc but really nothing that would deter me from booking again even if it stayed as is.

Its really charming. Had a couple of hiccups but more down to us and the owner was excellent. very friendly and cooperative. I loved the location it was quiet but perfect for the getaway we wanted.

Location was excellent. Outside pool area also good, although sunbeds have no padded cushions.

Total lack of maintenance. Bare electrical wire at the top of the stairs where a light should have been. This is probably not even legal. Cooker so old that all switch marking had worn away, so no way of knowing oven temperature. Dishwasher didn't work properly, leaving residue or even dirt on some plates/dishes on almost every wash. Downstairs bedroom, has a 3" hole in the wall and skirting board coming away from the wall. 3 showers but none have high level wall mounts so you have to hold the shower head by hand. Downstairs bathroom has no lock (owner is worried about someone having a panic attack in there. Really?) Downstairs bedroom shower cold for the first 6 days. Must have intermittent fault. Upstairs bathroom bath seal old and cracked/mouldy, floor tiles badly stained, radiator fixings rusty, no obscured glass in window. Main double bed broken (owner says repaired but legs are at about 10 degrees from vertical). Owner makes a point of talking about the mosquito problem, but the mosquito nets on the front door have holes and gaps in them large enough for large birds to enter, let alone small flies! Kitchen floor tiles also badly stained. Stair rail paint looks about 20 years old with previous generation of paint coming through the plentiful scratches. Would take about 20 minutes to paint it white! Ironing board cover not fixed to ironing board rendering it useless. In general decorating is old and tired. I could go on!! Owner not interested in fixing any of this or merely says "it works fine". But it doesn't! Do yourself a favour and book 2 or 3 rooms in a nearby 4 star hotel for about the same price

Excellent Villa. Suited three guys on a boozy week. Close to the beach. Nice pool, excellent veranda. Well equipped kitchen.

On the quieter side of the island. But serviced by bus and taxi to Mykonos.

Villa: spacious, comfortable and super clean The pool: big and deep enough for refreshment and kids playing, perfectly maintained Outside area: nice shaded terrace with sofa and armchairs, dining table - good place to relax and eat no chance to try bbq because of the fire hazard, what is probably almost permanent state in the summer The owner: responsing and solving problems immediately The beach: comfortable, partly organized, but not crowded in the middle of high season, 5 minuts walk from the villa

Places to eat: surrounding restaurants were not to our taste, but we survived :) Neighbourhood: mostly quiet, but if you are obsessed with listening to the silence you depend here on the guests of two small hotels across the road and how expressive they are.

I really loved the availabilty of our host Alexandra, the location of the villa which is in a very quiet area, but next to some of the best beaches of the island (Agia Anna). All was perfect. 10/10!
