We enjoyed our stay in Novotel Samator. The room was pretty spacious and it came with a see-through bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Value for money.

Check in service was a bit slow but the staff was friendly.

Room was comfort and affordable. Easy to find via google map or waze. Close to culinary area and lots of cafe along Soekarno Hatta road. Close to Tambak Sumur gate toll.

Receptionist was not good response once we asked for welcome drink. Must be waited for check in time due to we checked in 13:15. Wifi very slow and must be upgrade. Lift from basement to Lobby must be move near the lobby or in one one building NOT separated (out site).

Good sized room. Comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly. Modern hotel.

Very difficult to contact when trying to make a change (I tried twice, Booking.com tried and eventually I had to have somebody visit hotel to make the change). Breakfast so so.

Staff are polite and courteous. Rooms are clean and spacious. There is a gym ( this time I did not use). Pastries for breakfast are good.

Breakfast is cold, there are hot plates but the food is somewhat cold. The coffee for breakfast was not the best. The menu does not look appetising so we always have a takeaway

Nuce hotel but not in a strategic location. U need taxi to get to down town
